Ottima esperienza, sicuramente la prossima volta prenoterò in questa compagnia

Expérience très décevante et pratiques que je trouve particulièrement abusives
Nous avions réservé une voiture pour 187 €, mais nous n’avons pas pu la récupérer car nous n’avions pas notre billet d’avion du jour. Certes, cette condition était mentionnée dans les conditions générales, mais elle était indiquée en tout petit sur la deuxième page du contrat, et non clairement mise en évidence au moment de la réservation. Pour une condition aussi importante, pouvant entraîner le refus du véhicule, je trouve cela très peu transparent. Cela devrait être clairement indiqué dès le départ afin d’éviter que d’autres clients se retrouvent piégés.
Mais ce qui nous a surtout choqués, c’est la suite.
Le loueur s’est montré très peu agréable et nous a affirmé ne pas parler français. Pourtant, à la fin de la discussion, il s’est finalement mis à parler français… Une attitude assez surprenante.
Ensuite, pour nous ramener à l’aéroport, situé à seulement 10 minutes en voiture, il voulait nous facturer 20 € par personne ! Là encore, nous avons trouvé le tarif complètement disproportionné.
Et le plus incroyable : pour récupérer une voiture qui nous était initialement proposée à 187 €, il nous a finalement proposé une voiture à 1 200 € ! Son argument : « Il n’y a plus de voiture disponible nulle part en location. »
Heureusement, nous n’avons pas accepté et nous avons vérifié par nous-mêmes. En retournant à l’aéroport, nous sommes allés chez Hertz et avons trouvé une voiture disponible pour environ 500 € pour la même période.
Donc heureusement que nous n’avons pas cru cette affirmation, car nous aurions pu tomber dans le piège et payer une somme exorbitante.
Entre une condition essentielle difficilement visible, des tarifs que nous avons trouvés abusifs et des informations qui se sont révélées pour le moins douteuses, notre expérience a été extrêmement mauvaise.
Je recommande donc aux futurs clients d’être très vigilants et surtout de bien vérifier les conditions et de comparer les prix avant d’accepter quoi que ce soit sur place.

I've booked this car rental via booking.com with fully cover insurance for £80 but they told me it didn't cover their own policy, so i've paid £380 extra in order to be covered without unnecessary risks.
The car was returned with a scratch caused by others but the £380 insurance apparently didn't cover it therefore the broker insurance paid online was enough since we still
got charged for the scratch!!!!!

Im very disappointed that the additional insurance paid on my arrivel directly to the socilyrent car didnt cover the scratched and we had to pay another £100

I definitely do not recommend this company which steals from their customers.

Do not rent from them. After 45 minutes of increased fees and arguing at the desk, we finally got our car to find it only had enough gas to go 40 miles. And then we went to park and pay at a public parking lot and they would not accept the car because it had outstanding tickets. When I contacted the guys at the desk about this, they said it will take a long time to sort out the tickets and for me to be aware that there will be NO discount to the car fee because of this. They told me this before I even asked…. They are so rude and unprofessional. Stay away!!

Grazie a doyou italy.Ho prenotato un veicolo presso solemare autonoleggio a 10km dall'aereoporto di Punta Raisi.Il personale ci ha recuperati con la loro navetta e portati alla sede dove dovevamo ritirare la vettura.
Presi i documenti e fatto pagare la restante parte del noleggio.(Acconto versato a doyouitaly on line precedentemente).
Poi son passati a bloccare la cifra esagerata di 2000 euro x una panda.Ma il mio plafond non copriva .Allora ho detto di usare quella di mia moglie su un conto cointestato.Non hanno accettato la carta xche' il nome era di mia moglie.Ma sulla carta non mettono 2 nomi.Allora hanno contestato che il nominativo della prenotazione era il mio e x tanto il veicolo non potevano darlo.Dopo una discussione credo impari.Ho detto vissto che eravamo lontani dal centro e dall'aereopoto .Se potevano gentilmente riportarci in aereoporto con la loro navetta che tornava li.Ci hanno detto che era a pagamento e se non ci stava bene potevano chiamare un taxi.Non mi sembra molto carino anche perche' l'acconto lo hanno trattenuto.E il rimborso della cifra pagata al momento non e' ancora visibile sul conto.
Non so al momento quanto torto o ragione ho.Ma credete evitateli.
...volevano pure il pagamento del lavaggio auto in anticipo.
Ho chiesto di parlare con un superiore mi e' stato negato.
Siamo tornati a piedi con valige e un cucciolo di pochi mesi di cavalier king.A piedi verso il centro ben lontano.
Poco seri e non umani x non dire venali.
Avevano pure un cane ferito mal legato nell'area credo officina.

Avoid this cowboys , very unprofessional and acting as they know all. First of all the guy who kept chewing gum non stop did not give us an option but acting smart and said you cannot change name of the driver why? So I asked to do all in my name and said know just because my credit card worked ok but husbands c card didn’t have the pin but we weren’t allowed to change no reason. They asked us to buy insurance from then as it covers all and we had chosen the online option for insurance and place €1500 deposit via c card but charged us €700 instead and gave as a rubbish car that would not go more than 80km no power whatsoever. Very unprofessional.

Our flight was delayed by about 2 hours, and even though the company had our flight number and was aware of the delay, they gave our reserved car to someone else because more than an hour had passed since the scheduled pick-up time. The only option they offered was to pay almost three times more for another car and leave a €1,500 deposit. Since we refused, we lost the €80 insurance fee.

To make matters worse, they asked us to pay €30 to take us back to the airport, even though their shuttle was returning empty. The customer service was very poor and showed no understanding of the situation.

This was our experience. Everyone can draw their own conclusions, but personally, I would not use this company's services again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience of renting in Palermo (Sicily) , upon arrival the man with glasses at the desk was disrespectful and scammed us into getting a new booking done as we were 20minutes late , he then lied and claimed there were no smaller vehicles available and forced us to get a SUV , he completely disregarded the fact my wife was pregnant and took advantage of us as we desperately needed a car , this employee needs to be fired at best , very condescending behaviour . Stay away from the Cinisi branch at all cost SCAM SCAM SCAM

After our experience, I wouldn't book a car there never again. The low price is misleading, as there may be problems with the reservation, getting to the pick-up point, and alleged damages. Without detailed photos and videos of every minor damage, you may be charged for it, as they only record the most extensive damage. There are better and safer rental companies at similar prices. Be careful

This rental facility is run by criminals (potentially organized crime) who transport travelers to their remote facility to pick up car rentals reserved online (DoYouItaly.com) only for them to not honor the booking. They then demand an astronomical rental cost increase (increasing a €25 booking to €297). If the new rental agreement is not accepted, the company refuses to return you to the Airport trapping you at the site’s remote location (Kidnapping you).

TRAVELERS SHOULD AVOID THIS SITE/FACILITY!!

A mobile agency that is unreliable. Reservation cancellations are free, and then they don't refund your money. And then there's no contact—they don't respond to any emails. I don't recommend. Scammers.
