We're so delighted with out new LVT flooring. It was a complex job with lots of prep work, levelling the floor and tackling some damp issues but customer service was incredible, nothing too much trouble and the result is a beautiful herringbone oak effect floor right though the hallway into kitchen, conservatory and garage. Fitters were friendly and professional. Couldn't be happier.

Quality customer service from day one when I first went into Solihull Carpets. Emma was welcoming, courteous, and so helpful. Simon who came to do the measure for 3 bedrooms, stairs and landing was knowledgeable, thorough and detailed. On the first visit for the fitting of 2 bedrooms, the fitters, Richard and Wesley carried out a fantastic job followed by Mark a few days later who undertook the stairs and landing. Again another fantastic job. All 3 fitters were so polite, professional, skilled and their attention to the detail, second to none.
I am absolutely delighted with my new carpets and would highly recommend Solihull Carpets.

I have received nothing but excellent service from Solihull Carpets over the past six months while replacing flooring in several rooms of our home. Right from the initial contacts with Emma and Lisa, who were always prompt and courteous in responding to all my queries (and there were a few!), to measuring from Simon and the actual installation by Richard and Wesley on the day, the service was impeccable. I chose them because of the great reviews, reasonable costs, and their stock of Tarkett flooring, which they ordered for me within days. They offer a personal service and truly go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble for them; they even kept my flooring in their warehouse for several months due to delays with repairs and moved the installation date to accommodate me. You can't get this level of service from the big chains, only from a family-run business like Solihull Carpets. Thank You!

We had just the right amount of carpet choice, not overwhelmed.
We paid a little extra to have the old carpet removed and the furniture moved whilst the new carpet was fitted in the living room, dining room, hall, stairs and landing.
The carpet fitters did a great job and we were very pleased with the final result.

Another great experience with Solihull Carpets. This is the second time using Solihull Carpets and they have been great again. Customer service is excellent - very personal and accommodating. Great service
Went to Solihull Carpets after being let down by Carpetright. We should have gone there first! Excellent service from initial discussion to measuring and finally being fitted. The final cost was also better than the quote we had from Carpetright so would recommend to everyone and will definitely use this company again.

Great company, they've just done my lounge carpet, very nice people, and cleaned up thoroughly after they had finished. Carpet is very good quality, I'm so pleased with everything from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful service throughout. Emma, Lisa and team (particularly Simon who fitted the carpets) were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. The communication we received throughout the process (when visiting the shop and through the measuring and fitting stage) was exceptional - always at the right time with enough information. Pricing was really competitive and the end result of the fitting was superb (two bedrooms, two flights of stairs, landing and new loft bedroom). Thank you to all of the team at Solihull Carpets!

Cannot fault Solihull Carpets, from the initial visit when we met Harry, what a lovely lad! There was no sales pushing, just help when we needed it and great advice! They sent someone out to measure and give us a quote for carpet, underlay and fitting and was surprised at the price,as it was very reasonable all in. Hats off to Wes who came to fit the stair carpet, did a brilliant job and what a thoroughly nice guy! Not forgetting Emma in store who was very efficient and lovely to deal with throughout. Well done Solihull Carpets, brilliant service all round, thank you!

We have just used Solihull Carpets to re-carpet a whole house and they've done a fantastic job from start to finish!! They have a fantastic range of options and were more competitive than all the other "usual suspects" we visited. Every member of staff we've dealt with has been super friendly and helpful and we couldn't have asked for more! Oh and of course we're delighted with the final results!!

I deliberately waited a long time before posting a review to see how the carpets stood up to wear and tear; and the answer is very well. Solihull Carpets installed carpets for me twice, in November 2022 and November 2023 and both times the carpets were good quality, the prices reasonable and the service miles ahead of a certain department store in Solihull whom I had used before.

The whole team are great, and anyone who uses them will not be disappointed.

We used Solihull Carpets after they were recommended to us by a family member. Lisa was great when we visited the showroom and she gave us plenty of knowledgeable advice to help us make a choice without any pushy sales which was a bonus.
The guys who fitted the carpet were also really friendly and excellent at their trade as we had no scratches on the new skirting we had just put down either.
I would definitely recommend visiting Solihull Carpets before going to any of the bigger chain carpet companies.
