This was my 2nd purchase but won't be my last. I had submitted a special request to see if they could/would order a miner that wasn't on their website. Within a couple hours, could've been an hour, Ryan got back to me and, long story short, once all the details were hashed out and I gave the green light (which didn't take long!), I had my special order miner in my hands 4 DAYS LATER!! 4 DAYS!

Now, to be fair, and extremely lucky for me, Solo Miners USA is about a 40 minute drive from where I live(!!!), so he didn't have to ship the miner; I gladly drove down to get it and he was nice enough to meet me to do so.

Customer service is absolutely top notch. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better company who will take care of customers and stand behind their products like he does!

I always call out great business when I have a great experience. I recently ordered an octaxe from solominers. Loved the power supply so much I wanted an identical one for my qaxe++'s. Reach out to see if that's possible to buy just the supply, they got the order setup at a more than fair price. Package shows up 3 days later with not just the bare power supply but with an xt60 cord that I wasn't expecting. And to top it all off a coffee mug! Outstanding experience with SoloMinersUSA!
