Brilliant personalised song lyric print, 1st class service, quality product

What a fantastic company. Their products are lovely and well packaged and carefully delivered.

Received my item but I am unhappy with it. Poor grammar, missing text i had wanted and generally just looks cheap. I have emailed the company numerous times and had zero response. Really disappointed- would not recommend.

Was unable to check out using website so rang for support. I received wonderful, supportive and empathetic support (order was bereavement related). Items were received next day well packaged and on time. Quality and clarity of printing was excellent. All in all a lovely experience .

I ordered a mug for my sisters Christmas back at the end of October. When I gave it to her on Christmas Day she noticed a large crack in it. Contacted songlyricprints and a lovely lady called Victoria got back to me. Sent her the photos of the mug and she is sending a replacement right away. I couldn’t be more thankful and I would thoroughly recommend this company ( especially their customer service) a big 10/10 for me. Also their merchandise is first class

Had a delivery minutes ago. So excited to open and what a let down. Cost 2p short of £22 for a piece of shiny cardboard with the Oasis playlist. Shockingly overpriced. I foolishly thought it would be of good quality printing on excellent card. Total waste of money. Unable to give as gift for Christmas.

Had an issue with the product I ordered in the sense some of the customised text was displayed the wrong way.

I emailed Song lyrics (with images) and was worried how responsive they would be and how convoluted the process would become.

They responded within six minutes(!) and agreed a replacement. They then proofed the new version via email for approval.

Had my replacement within 4 days.

Just received my print for 1st paper wedding anniversary. The print is absolutely perfect great. I would highly recommend. The quality of print is 1st class. Very pleased will be shopping on here all the time.

Great product, amazing service. I left it ridiculously late to place an order for five custom prints, all with changes to backgrounds, colours and fonts. Submitted my order at 17:30 on a Monday along with an email detailing the changes, got a reply email at 20:00 acknowledging the changes, and by 9:00 on the Tuesday morning the proofs had been emailed to me for approval. I requested some tweaks to my original ideas and within 25 minutes the new proofs were sent. Final product arrived in the post at 8.30 the next morning.
Special thanks to Jan for her help prior to me ordering, Victoria for getting back to me after hours and Elliot for communication about the proof changes (and I'm assuming he did the actual changes)... but also for his great taste in music!

Fantastic personal response from the team when I needed a picture added for my partners 70th bday. I can not fault their personal response to me via my email.When it arrived it was better than I had imagined they had gone that extra mile thankyou one very happy customer and partner.

This company as far as I am concerned, is doing very well. It provides an unusual service and gift ideas that are original and exciting for the recipient.
I have used the lyric print three times now - not for me but for nearest and dearest loved ones.
Each of the three responded exceedingly well. Especially my daughter and the lyric I chose of her - the presentation is fabulous - a fantastic innovative idea for a wonderful gift.
I will doubtless use the services again.
