I bought a t-shirt from this company. The designs are excellent, the sizes are perfect. Delivery was reasonable. Website was quick and easy to navigate! Definitely recommend and will be shopping again!

Got one of the Pride tees and I LOVE it! Super speedy delivery, great fit and quality. Great stuff.

Ordered 2x tshirts and 1x pair of shorts. While the delivery time was over 3 weeks this is understandable due to the current pandemic.

Recieved confirmation instantly but no actual delivery updates until the clothes arrived. Good quality clothing overall and all were correctly sized. Would order again

Great products, amazing designs, fast delivery, various sizes, at reasonable prices, sos a truly innovative with their original designs and concepts have purchased a few t-shirts over the year and will continue to use them as love the compliments I get when wearing their gear. Now they have more variety too doing sweat shirts, hoodies, accessories, etc.

Further to my recent review in which I honestly commented on the pros and cons of SOS's products (good quality t shirts and designs, fast delivery etc. but poor printing leading to lack of longevity) they got in touch..... to complain about me having the temerity to review them without contacting them first! I made the mistake of responding - pointing out that I didn't want anything from them by way of refund or replacement (not that they offered) but was just offering my view on their products. There followed a string of emails.....

So I'd like to further add (I couldn't edit my original review) appalling customer service to the things you can expect from this company. Their emails not once expressed even the beginnings of a hint of an apology for the causes of my dissatisfaction, but were simply a series of passive aggressive and sarcastic messages ("you do you", "Have a nice day hun x" etc.) that bordered on harassment by the end (having asked them t just leave me alone).

Oh - and I was castigated repeatedly for my language by them too: when I referred to their emails as "pissy" and asked them to lay off the "smartarse" comments and stop contacting me. How very Rock'n'Roll!

UPDATE (17th June):
The irony - you accuse me of being less than completely honest and then proceed to make several deliberate inaccuracies:
- I never stated in my original email that I was going to leave a bad review. I just passed on my comments on your products.
- You never (not once - in frequent emails and replies to reviews) said you would be "Happy to assist me", You just complained that I'd left you a less than 100% positive review.
- Although I never stated that I didn't want anything directly, I also never asked for anything from you!
- You did not "try to end the conversation several times". In fact you kept it going when I tried to do so. In the end I had to block your email address!
- When an email asks you to stop contacting the writer I don't think its "standard practice" to carry on replying.

In addition you complain about my use of profanities - presumably in some sort of desperate attempt to gain the moral high ground. I'm not sure that the terms "pissy" (ref your emails) or "smartarse" (ref your determination to get the last word in) even count as profanities in 2020 - they certainly weren't flagged up by TP's language checker. I also feel that I should point out that you currently carry at least 7 designs that use far stronger language ("f- you, I'll do what I want to etc.) So profanity is OK when you are making money from it? To be clear I don't give two hoots about profanity - hypocrisy though is another matter.

My desire to come back and leave another review may speak volumes about my character as you say: a sense of justice and desire not to have poor companies get away with rude and obnoxious behaviour. Your response to my reviews - lying (and there is no other word for it) and hypocrisy speaks volumes about your character too.
