The sizing feels completely off to me. I ordered an XS Long and it was very tight and too long. I then ordered a regular S and it’s still very tight around the abdomen, to the point of being uncomfortable. However, the chest area is very large, which in itself would be fine. The problem is that it covers more of the side of the chest, causing the fabric to bunch up under the armpit, while it doesn’t provide enough coverage at the front of the chest. When you sit down or move, the chest is completely exposed. The green trim on the back also flips over every time you move. Very pretty for photos, but not for real life.

Great quality, love the colours and it’s a sustainable brand, although sizing runs a bit small. The price is on the higher end but it’s definitely worth it, so will be purchasing from SoSo Swim again!

Great quality suit and such beautiful design and colours.
Only drawback is the length of time for shipping- but that’s just due to international distance and the extra import fees coming into Canada were a bit steep.

Awesome product and easy return services. I purchased one of the swimming costumes for my girlfriend, originally in a small size which turned out to be too small (my error reading the measurement table). The return process was super simple and I was able to order and receive the replacement in only a few day, and a really quick refund process.

My girlfriend and her friends all adore and recommend this brand so much and I can see why. Sustainably sourced, cute swimwear with amazing colour-ways. I would totally recommend buying from here and wholeheartedly believe the bad experiences listed on trustpilot are not representative of the overall quality of SoSo Swim products or service. Perfect fit as described by the size guide. I have purchased other one piece styles and it was recommended for those styles to buy tall even though I’m 5’6”. I guess I have a long torso because I did that for this style and was relieved!!

I have been wanting a good realiable and cute one peice for a while and finally bought from soso swim. The qaulity is brilliant, it has the right amount of stretch and coverage and all round very well made. The way the strap across the back is designed really makes your body pop. Easy site to use and order from as well as good tracking throughout the delivery process. I will 100% purchase again. Thankyou, Lucy :)

super flattering fit and colour

Love love the swimsuit I got, I had ordered a different colour at first but it wasn’t for me so was able to send back and reorder a different colour and was all very easy. The swimsuits are so soft and the colour is exactly the same as shown on the website. Love everything this company stands for!!

The sizing is a bit strange. I’ve had to return two bikini scoop tops as they were too small. My daughter is usually a XS but I’ve now had to return twice at my own cost and she has a size M now.

I paid £160 for a bikini and a swimsuit. The bikini arrived with the wrong bottoms, and the swimsuit had visible marks all over the lower area. It was clearly worn and absolutely unacceptable.

I contacted their website chat immediately but received no response for two days, so I reached out via Instagram. I was eventually emailed by customer service and instructed to return the items through their portal, selecting “faulty” and explaining the issue in the notes. I did exactly that and was led to believe I would receive a refund.

This morning, I received an email saying my refund was being refused because the item was “dirty.” The item was dirty when it arrived — that is the entire reason I returned it. It’s extremely concerning that items are being sent out without proper quality checks.

I have been chasing this issue for four weeks through emails and messages, only to be met with inconsistent communication and no resolution. I was initially told I would receive a refund, and now I’m being denied one. The whole process has been messy, unorganised, and incredibly disappointing, especially from a small business that promotes high standards.

I am still waiting for this to be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company.

Love my bikinis, best fitting and so flattering

Tried a full piece, was okay. The fabric was thin (should be lined, but its not), didn't quite fit and epic camel toe. Excitedly tried a bikini set but as soon as a went to adjust the bikini top, it completely snapped. Flimsy. There are better brands out there. The bikini top was a bad fit too. the sizing if way off.

Have had to email the Soso swim team multiple times to ensure that they have received both of my returns.

The swimming costume looks good, is very flattering and the material feels high quality however within 2 wears the stitching came undone. The swimming costume is not designed for practical wear at all. Even a bit of movement puts me at risk of exposing myself. I have no idea how people go surfing in this without public indecency. I got the size based on the brand guidance so I dont think it is simply a sizing issue. The swimming costume looks great but unfortunately I cant use it for much more than sun bathing

Dodgy business. Item didn't ship for ages, and when I asked to cancel my order because I was moving, they completely ignored and stalled, then continued to ship out my order after acknowledging that I had cancelled it. Customer service is terrible, they will take ages to reply

I have two bikinis from Soso swim, one that I have waited and waited for months for it to be restocked. The fabric is so soft and silky and well finished, double lined and flattering cuts. I found the sizing to be quite accurate, though with one the top cup size was very small compared to the images on the site that I needed to exchange. The exchange process is designed to reduce waste and consumption mindset. Customer pays for the return postage with a reduced refund amount though a 10% discount is offered on the repurchase for 'exchanges' only.

Best swimsuit I’ve ever owned ‼️ This swimsuit has such a comfortable and supportive cut and DOES NOT MOVE. It comes in such flattering colours and has a perfect amount of coverage to skin ratio for me. This summer it came with me to France, Belgium, Germany, and Switzerland (pictured) from the UK and was the only swimwear I wanted or needed.
