easy and trustworthy
i was sent this company link by a member of virgin limited edition, i think that recommendation speaks for itself. booking was easy, if a little different from the normal processes i am used to. if anyone uses booking.com/expedia/trip advisor, you may find this process a little different. it works well and just requires a little more time. service is more personal something the others mentioned lack. i would certainly use again

Credit Card Confusion
My credit card charge was denied. The card is valid and in credit.
It took two days to sort out with the bank. Eventually it was determined that SA Hotels had entered the wrong expiry date.
Just another perfect day in an african paradise.
