Spaceslide Reviews

Arrived very quickly. Just had a problem with the soft closers. Otherwise excellent product.

I found my dealings with Nimesh to be a very positive one He as an individual and sales rep has many good attributes in that he was very patient, he actively listened to what I exactly wanted and advised on the very best solution. I found him to be a very honest individual; not a rip off merchant, he goes far and beyond in helping you that i would highly recommend him to everyone as you will not be disappointed.

We moved in to a new build house in Northamptonshire and we ordered our wardrobes from Spaceslide. We visited once the offices at Lichfield, Sophie took us through all the options. We order two wardrobes so far at a very reasonable price compared to another big firm. the installation team was great, no mess or trouble with them . Spaceslide is definitely recommended. Thank you Sophie for your help!!

Good communication with the purchaser after an email inquiry about available products.

From start to finish, our experience with Spaceslide, especially Mat Cox, has been outstanding. As this was our first-ever customised wardrobe, we had a lot of questions and took our time to decide, but Mat was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. His excellent communication, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Despite doing the virtual survey (which initially seemed daunting), Mat’s expertise ensured that everything was measured and planned perfectly. When it came to the installation, the finished product exceeded our expectations. The wardrobe looks absolutely stunning, and my husband and I couldn’t be happier!
We highly recommend Spaceslide to anyone considering a bespoke wardrobe, and we truly appreciate the top-notch service and quality. Thank you again, Mat and the team!

Great advice. Efficient and well communicated delivery.
Super helpful delivery men.

Andy store manager is brilliant, always available to help and gets the best possible deal. We got wardrobe done , turn out fantastic.

Customer service was great. I walked into their office / showroom and was promptly attended to.

They had very good products on display which met my need. I received good support in making a decision, quick sketch produced and cost and finance details provided.

I'm happy with the service so far and looking forward to the delivery and installation.

We are returning customers to Space Slide as our previous experience was fantastic. Nicole the planner is extremely knowledgeable about Space Slides products and was able to advise me on how to get the best finish with the space we have. Rather than glass sliding doors, we decided to have the new door product.
We weren’t disappointed!
Mark and Arron worked continuously throughout the day and it was a pleasure to have them in my home. Every detail was discussed with me. They left my house clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company. We are delighted with our new storage. Thanks to everyone involved.

Fantastic install. The installer was brilliant, polite and professional and did a top notch job.
The cost of the product is high, but is slightly justified by the finished, fitted quality.

I used SPACESLIDE in Hemel Hempstead. The show room was great for general ideas and product choice.
Nimesh offered lots of help with design possibilities and produced a great working drawing for our bedroom and walk in wardrobe.
Everything ran smoothly from design to completion.
Many thanks to Stefanie in customer support plus Harley, Charlie and Sten from the fitting team. A pleasure to have them in the house, very tidy, polite and helpful.
A very satisfied customer

Wanted more of a bespoke unit made and Mat was very patient and helpful in coming up with a design. Product is of good quality. Jed, the installer did a professional neat job and I would not hesitate to recommend Spaceslide.

Helpful when I was ordering the glass door.
Also it didn’t take long for the delivery.
The installation instructions were easy too understand.

From initial meeting in Hemel to finished wardrobe we have been thoroughly impressed.
Cannot praise highly enough the quality of customer service displayed by Nimesh Patel in the showroom as well as the professional yet friendly attitude of fitters Charlie and Andrew. Stef in customer service handled the installation arrangements, all of which proceeded without any problems. Thank you!

We are very impressed with our lovely new Spacelide wardrobes. From our first visit to Lichfield showroom & the help & advice given by Sophie, the measuring up by Nicole & the super fitters Mark & Aaron we can’t recommend this company enough if you want a quality product & a professional service. Thankyou to everyone at Spacesliders

We have used Spaceslide before and therefore know the products are of good quality. We have just ordered again for our new home and are now awaiting a date for installation. Nimesh, from Hemel Hempstead showroom has been nothing short of exceptional in all respects, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, it made a refreshing change to see a shining example of how 'customer service' used to be... unfortunately usually lost in today's world. Nimesh has shown that nothing is too much trouble and really taken the time to make us feel valued as customers. Looking forward to having our wardrobes completed in the coming weeks.

We have used you before and the quality and service was great
No problems at all and they look great
Thanks again will recommend you to our friends and family

Excellent from start to finish. Nimesh listened to my requests but also offered some great ideas.Really happy with the design.

I am really very pleased with the wardrobes I ordered from Spaceslide and the service I received from the team was excellent. I met up with Nimesh in the showroom after getting lost, arriving late, and slightly flustered🤦‍♀️. He was totally unfazed and showed me all the various sliding door options available. He also explained everything in detail, I didn’t feel rushed and felt comfortable asking questions. I found Nimesh was extremely helpful with great customer care, plus he also sorted out my Sat Nav so I could get home! He very kindly came to measure up, just before Christmas, on a day he was technically on annual leave. So when my order was placed, a fitting date was booked with Stef via email. A few days before the agreed date both Nimesh and Stef contacted me, just to check everything was ready at my end for the fitting team to come. The guys arrived on time exactly as planned (Charlie, Ged and Andy). They did a great job, had good banter, made me laugh and everything was left very clean and tidy. They even fixed my old wardrobe door hinge and drilled a couple of holes for me for a couple of new shelves 😜. All I was required to do all day was just make plenty of cups of tea and throw in a few biscuits 😂.

From the moment we met Nimesh Patel, explained what we wanted it was smooth sailing.

Nimesh was very patient with us, offered very valuable advice and options. Which really helped.

We changed our minds a few times. Nimesh patiently worked with us to order exactly what we wanted.

Great experience and thanks for the excellent customer service
