Spaceslide Reviews

From start to finish customer care was excellent. Really happy with the quality of the wardrobes. Very happy with the Fitters.

Really great service from spaceslide, right through from ordering the wardrobe, to delivery and even when there was an issue with a damaged liner, a new one was sent out to me as quickly as possible.

Excellent service and great customer service. Beautiful wardrobes

From the day we rang Spaceslide's showroom in Hemel Hempstead, to make an appointment to view their products, everything has moved smoothly and quickly. The Showroom Manager, Nimesh, talked us through what we needed and showed us our options, offering advice from his experience but never being pushy or trying to persuade us to buy beyond our budget. We left the surprisingly large showroom with a plan, a price and details of how to contact Nimesh if we decided to give the work to Spaceslide.

The decision was not hard to make. Nimesh then visited our home to take detailed measurements. We were told exactly what would be delivered, by whom and when. This admin work went without a hitch thanks to the efficiency of Stephanie, the Customer Support Manager at Spaceslide's head office.

The installation took 2 days and looks perfect. We are delighted with the finished work. The fitters, Steve, Charlie and Tom were extremely polite, thoughtful and anxious that we were disturbed as little as possible while they transformed our bedroom.

The whole team should be proud of their workmanship and how they treat their customers. And their products are made in Britain!

Superb experience from start to finish! Nimesh helped us plan and design our vision of how we wanted our wardrobes to look; he was thorough with expertise and patient whilst we changed our minds! He kept us informed with all stages of design and build, whilst visiting us to confirm exact measurements.
On fitting day Ged and his team were excellent and professional, keeping us informed across the three build days and bringing our bedroom furniture to life! Every detail was completed with care and they even fixed a mounting bracket for the new TV.
The end product is excellent and looks fantastic; makes our bedroom look really special. Thanks to all at SpaceSlide.

I’ve had an excellent experience from Spaceslide from start to finish. Nimesh was so helpful, friendly, polite and professional. He took into account my needs regarding how I wanted to use my wardrobes. I needed wardrobes that offered a lot of storage, but also looked very stylish. When it came to the design and look of the wardrobes, Nimesh was so polite, patient and helpful. There was so much choice regarding the wardrobe layout and finish. Stef (in Customer Support) was so easy to speak to and a date for the installations was fixed and organised so efficiently. With regards to the installation, Ged and Charlie were great. They were easy to deal with and took into account every detail regarding the build of my wardrobes. So much so, we altered the shelving so that I used 4 less shelves in one of my wardrobes. Everything went so smoothly and I love my new fitted wardrobes, I’ve even had friends and family comment on how great they look. A massive “thank you “.

Amazing service from Nimesh at the Hemel Hempstead showroom went through our requirements and made suggestions which really helped, would thoroughly recommend to family & friends

Really high quality parts, excellent customer service and quick turnaround. Thanks

The wardrobes look great. They were fitted without any fuss and bother and with all the mess tidied up they do exactly what we wanted.

Professional friendly and great product

Very lovely wardrobe.

They kitted out our existing fitted wardrobe and made it much more usable. There were some minor defects to two drawers which were replaced on another visit no questions asked. Very happy with the result.

The whole experience was great. Visiting the showroom was relaxing and informative. Plenty of time was given to the design process after a visit for measuring and discussion about requirements.
The fitting team were polite, hard working and showed respect for our property. It was a pleasure to keep them supplied with coffee.
I have no hesitation recommending this company.
As a added bonus they also provide a blue light card discount.

I got new fitted wardrobes and the customer service has been excellent, definitely recommend.

They were delivered in tine and when they were built they looked very good thank you

Good guidance and understanding our particular needs; excellent installation by experienced helpful engaging and courteous installers Steve, Ged and Tom. Excellent service at design stage from Nimesh and organisation from Stef.

Guys that fitted the wardrobes were brilliant. Look very good. Wish I’d remembered being told that only fronts and shelving/hanging were to be fitted then I would’ve decorated the whole area and floor not just the back wall.

They was very professional in the shop in what I wanted showed me everything they had help me make my mind up to what I wanted and the fitters were brilliant professional courteous and left. No miss brilliant.

Great communication and support from the space slide team.
Quick efficient service and fast delivery. Thank you to the team
