Spaceslide Reviews

By chance I came cross the Spaceslides showroom in Hemel Hempstead and decided to go inside. Mo and Nimesh were very helpful from start to finish. Nimesh measured up and provided constructive visual aides for the fitters. He was very patient as I considered all options for rails, Sliding doors and all the component parts. Sample finishes were provided and assisted in my decision on flooring to complete the space for a walk-in wardrobe and face-to-face sliding door wardrobes.
Steve, Charlie, Tom and Jack were professional, talented and courteous. The carpentry work took two days and the walk-in wardrobe built into the eaves was a bit tricky to ensure hanging garments were a metre off the floor. On the second day I was consulted on shelving and rail heights where it was flexible in the design to ensure I was satisfied with the final results. They left the area clean, tidy and the wardrobe sliding doors sparkling. Thanks a million!

Absolutely wonderful experience, from walking into the showroom to seeing my beautiful new wardrobes in my bedroom!

Every person that I dealt with regarding the configuration of the wardrobe to the change of the installation date and the installation of the wardrobe were always very helpful and polite, I would definitely recommend Spaceslide to friends and family. I am very happy with the wardrobe, it fits perfectly and matches perfectly with the wardrobe in the other bedroom, also made by Spaceslide.

Excellent glass door. High quality and delivered on time.

Everything went very smoothly from the visit to our house and the installation of the wardrobes. The guys who installed the wardrobes were very respectful of our house. Product is really good. Very impressed overall.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Andy at the Sheffield branch. Definitely recommend visiting an office if you can, the customization options are much easier with someone to help you through it and it made installation a breeze. We will definitely return when we are ready to fit out another room!

Always friendly and patient giving us the time we needed to reach a decision. Nimesh is always very helpful and understanding of our requirements. He spent time to show us the various styles and combinations and work out options for our space and requirements. This is the 3rd time we have used SPACESLIDE and the 2nd time we have worked with Nimesh and we are delighted with the service and quality of the product.
The scheduler Stef has also been a pleasure to deal with, being understanding and considerate.
We would also add that we have benefited from the same fitters on each occasion and they too were considerate of the fact this is our home and been clean and tidy when installing and tidying up afterwards. An excellent team of staff with a great ethos.

I had no idea where to begin when I decided that I wanted sliding door wardrobes. I went to one of Spaceslides showrooms with measurements. I picked my doors, hanging rails and drawers. The company then came to my house and re-measured and designed the interior for me.....Wow....everything went to plan and my wardrobes were fitted 5 weeks later. I am so pleased with them and would definitely 💯 recommend Spaceslide.

Showroom staff had great knowledge of the products and were able to offer advise. Ordering and delivery process were really easy and communication was great. Finished product is really good quality. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend

From order to fitting the process was very quick. A member of staff came out and took measurements with no fuss and quote received the same day. Once order placed, wardrobes were built in a timely manner and we were able to select a date and time for fitting at our convenience. Fitter did an excellent job and left the bedroom very tidy.

Excellent service from start to finish. Judy was absolutely brilliant and so helpful with her suggestions and guidance both in the showroom and when she came to measure up. Installer was a delight, on time, efficient, courteous, tidy and did a fabulous job. The wardrobe looks amazing and finishes the room off perfectly.

Sales:
Let me start off by saying that our sales advisor Nimesh was excellent. He was very professional and spent a good hour with us in the showroom where we could view various options for our bespoke wardrobe. He came to the house at the time & date we agreed to measure the space for the wardrobe we had picked. He gave us suggestions about the space and ensured our experience was as tailored as possible.

Installation:
Some background: we have a newbuild home that we recently moved into. We wanted the bespoke wardrobe to be placed in our bedroom in a space that was specifically designed by the builder for a wardrobe. However, the bespoke wardrobe designer the builder worked with was far too costly, so we opted to look elsewhere, thus found Spaceslide.

The gentleman that came for the installation was timely and professional. However, he marked the wall quite significantly whilst he was working, and failed to inform us of this. We noticed this in the evening after the gentleman had gone home. I would expect perhaps a scratch or two, but this was a large indentation into the plasterboard itself, which is very noticeable. Considering we paid +£2000 upwards, I would expect a more refined service.
We informed Spaceslide straightaway, who offered an apology, which we were grateful for, but nothing further.
We now have to pay someone to fix this dent in our brand new home, which understandably, we are not thrilled about.

Overall the wardrobes are good and sturdy. I suspect they will stand the test of time. Shame that some sloppy workmanship has ruined the experience for us slightly.

We recently purchased a wardrobe set and bedroom furniture from Spaceslide and were really happy with our experience. Nimesh at the Hemel Hempstead showroom was incredibly helpful, particularly when we were choosing between different styles of wardrobe. He was very knowledgeable about the materials and construction of the furniture, which helped us make an informed decision. The online ordering process was straightforward and we've been receiving regular updates by email. Having visited the showroom, the quality of the furniture and very knowledgeable advice, makes it worth the investment. I would highly recommend Nimesh at the Hemel Hempstead showroom to anyone looking for bespoke, stylish, and well-made bedroom wardrobes and furniture.

A pleasure to deal with Nimesh and his team . We love our new cupboards .., thank you

My new sliding wardrobes look amazing. I am so happy with them.
Nimesh spent a lot of time drawing it exactly as requested. The whole team including the guys who built my wardrobes were very professional and were very tidy cleaning and hovering afterwards. They even changed my delivery dates to earlier for me, to accommodate my beds being built in the same room. I would happily recommend this team to my friends and family.

Many thanks to Nicole from spaceslide and the men that have fitted our wardrobes today.
From start to finish their service has been second to none.
Nicole was very professional but also very friendly and extremely helpful in helping us find what we were looking for.
The men that came to fit our wardrobes were here at the time they said to expect, very efficient and tidy whilst working.
Would definitely recommend.

Very knowledgeable about the products and what was needed for a good installation. Personal service was excellent. Fitters arrived on the day they booked for installation. Great result. Wish I had found spaceslide earlier!

Well made beautiful furniture but not so easy to construct
