I am so impressed with the service I received. I’m in Australia and had trouble submitting my order on your website. Jacky was so helpful and managed to get my order delivered on time!!

I live in the United States and my parents live in Totnes, England. My mother is 90 and has Alzheimer's and my father is her only carer. Earlier this week, my mom was having a bad day and I suggested to her she have a little glass of Bailey's as a treat. But, they didn't have any in the cupboard and my father said the bottle is too heavy for him now to carry back from the store. I wanted to do something to cheer them up so I found Sparkling Direct online and ordered a bottle of Bailey's to be delivered to them the next day. 24 hours later, I get an email from my dad that "an impressive wooden box" with a bottle of Bailey's was delivered to their door and that now they have it in their coffee in the afternoon instead of tea and they are thrilled! It's very hard to care for people you love from so very far away but thanks to Sparkling Direct I was able to bring some joy to my parents and that makes me feel soooo good. I would recommend this company to everyone!

Wrong order sent, had to email them, phone lines permanently busy, got an apology and the wooden box which it should have come in was sent out next day after I contacted them. Sadly the Prosecco doesn’t fit in the box.They do try to sort things out but make sure you order in plenty of time for them to do it. Too late now to sort mine out, the items are good quality but sadly not impressed.

Prompt delivery of the correct item 24 hours after order placed. Does what it says on the tin!

Great selcti9n of wines and spirits - i was sending my sister in the UK a gift ( I live in Ireland) the site was so easy to use , the bottle of gin arrived beautifully packaged and I was notified when it was delivered. Will recommend this site.

The order was delivered on time to the correct address.
As this was a gift and I didn't actual see the gift I can only pass on the recipient's comment. They were delighted with the gift and the presentation box.

Only downside was I couldn't pay by credit card and had to use a debit card.

they are too busy toanswer the phone and despite promises-don't call you back. the website is a failure-two different people tried to use it and failed every time.i'd say go elsewhere or just send loved ones money via the banking system instead-you can trust the banks.

Terrible service. Paid for next day delivery. Ordered on Monday finally delivered Friday. Flowers in full bloom and falling apart. The personalised champagne box damaged. Was messaged to say delivery had been attempted Thursday and a card put through the door. Recipient had been in all day Thursday and no card was left. Emailed company directly who advised nothing could be done. Will never order from this company again. Feel very left down after the money spent. Can’t imagine why they use DPD for deliveries as they are worse than useless.

Very prompt and convenient service. Delivery was on time. Although I was notified my wine was delivered, I would have liked to have known who signed for the product so I was confident it went to the correct address. The gift was for a wedding gift so had to wait until the couple had returned from their honeymoon to find out if they had received. I will definitely use this service again and would thoroughly recommend.
