I made the order for my dads birthday.
Im in Spain and did the order the day before his birthday a little worried but I have been pleasantly surprised with the service overall, the hamper arrived safely,..I didnt have a time slot so wasnt sure when It would be delivered . They use DHL which you can check the updates of the delivery ,really good service .
Fingers crossed he enjoys the wine and its a good one . I didnt get the offer of a time slot however it left the warehouse at 7:45am and arrived around 1-2pm as they left It at the neighbours . Would use again

Placing the order was easy and flowed nicely on the screen, showing where you were on the process. The aftercare of the delivery trackers email, also let me have confidence on the items getting there. Especially as I left it to the last minute. Goods were received during the advised timeslot, and the items quality were more than expected.

The company got the delivery date wrong, So my Son did not get his surprise for a few days later. I was quite upset, as when telling you about it , you said No problem, we will send now. As if it was my fault.
Surely should have had an apology. So could not use you again. As not sure it would happen again. Wanted to use you for my Daughter in-laws 50th, but have to look for another company.
My Son was very pleased with Items, by the way. But not made up, for disappointment of not getting on his Birthday. Sorry but have to be honest, and the price was high.

I got this as a gift for my partner. Thinking it’s an 10year old version of Glenmorangie
As it’s showing old photos of this whiskey rather than the new one you can buy from any supermarket for market between £28-£33 max. So this is misleading the customer by having old pictures.
Really disappointed as I have had all range of Glenmorangie for his birthday.
