I have just completed a FREC3 1st responder course.
The content of the course is mind blowing, I did not realise how much knowledge is required to be a 1st responder.
The trainers Chris, Phil, Tom & Darren are incredibly knowledgeable and they do the training whilst still working as 1st responders themselves.
I feel very confident going forward.
The testament here is I will be a full time patient transport and they will not allow you to do that unless you pass the course, thus very patient focussed so if one of the patients being moved from their home to hospital and back were to become ill we would have the knowledge and skills to be able deal with a situation whether that be 1st aid and or call for emergency help.

Two female ambulance crew came to see my dad after a fall on Friday morning they were very thorough and reassured us having gone through all the checks. We cannot thank them enough as my dad has dementia and we were very worried. Thank you so much Kathryn

Awful company, a transport/bus service disguised as an ambulance with care assistants who have about the same knowledge as its leadership team, absolutely none!
The owners are not even medical trained and they are simply in it to profit from the NHS.
They have no paramedics and the staff act inappropriately with patients.

I have a friend who currently works for them and if the public knew what it was like or the NHS, they would cancel the contract!

Bullying, discrimination, nepotism to the highest level harassment and all whilst the two owners who know nothing are cruising in Porsches and flaunting the profits in front of low paid staff (ambulance crews) whilst they party with the leadership bullies!

Spark medical were so helpful and couldn’t have done anything more to help, in particular Ste, Louis, Lee, Jon couldn’t have been any more helpful in a difficult situation. We were really appreciative of their experience! Thanks Amanda

The 2 operatives over both days were knowledgeable and worked very efficiently in all they did.
I would recommend them and your group to others without hesitation

Excellent service - punctual and courteous. Speeded up the discharge from hospital of my elderly father by several hours. Very good value for money.
