The delivery cost was not clear, I had checked their delivery page as well. It was only at the end of the buying process that £10 was shown. For a small toaster this seemed a lot but I was committed by then.

We’ll be reviewing the wording on our website to make this even clearer earlier in the process.
We understand that £10 may feel high for a small appliance, but this covers insured courier delivery from Devon across the UK, over 250 miles in this case and ensuring the item arrives safely.
