I originally contacted Specialist Vehicles through their website contact form and received contact back from Elliot.
Very well mannered, polite and observant to my needs and requirements.
Elliot went to great lengths to provide me answers to the questions I had about the vehicle I was interested in.
Due to my distance from the garage I couldn't view the vehicle in person so Elliot went about sending videos of a walk around of the vehicle, showing all the points of contention that I may have (paint chips etc) in an effort to be entirely up front. I found this reassuring and the level of honesty was one of the main reasons I chose to purchase the vehicle. It is, alongside all the other great reviews, evidence of his and Specialist Vehicles trustworthiness.
They arranged to collect me from the train station also at their expense, and encouraged me to take the car for a test drive prior to driving off to ensure I was happy with the vehicle.
Great service from a great garage, and I will very likely be approaching them in a few years to teade it back in for a newer car, given the service, treatment and reassurances received. Thanks Elliot!

Excellent communication from Elliot from start to finish.
I purchased the Williams ceramic coating for my car and when I went to collect the car it was like new mark had done an amazing job I would highly recommend specialist vehicles even though I didn’t purchase a car from them I would certainly consider them for my next car.

I recently bought a Range Rover from Elliot and was very impressed and pleased with the quality of the service and attention to detail. The vehicle was reasonably priced and immaculately clean, Elliot was very helpful and the paperwork process was smooth and thorough. Would definitely return for future vehicles.
