Great service! Got my glasses quickly and in perfect condition. Only one thing - the courier dropped it off without asking for a signature - which could have presented some issues if I was not home as my neighborhood is not safe.

Absolutely TRUST this company! I purchased a pair of Linda Farrow glasses and they did not match the markings of her name on the frames on her actual website. When I received them, Oliver went out of his way to contact his manufacturer, distributor, and Linda Farrow, and CC me on the conversation to get down to the bottom of why the markings did not match the actual Linda Farrow website. Within three hours this morning, I given that they are in fact legit Linda Farrow glasses. They allowed me to be in their network to talk to his providers, which is not something you see companies do anymore, I was a retail manager, and I had to get down to the bottom of these things regularly and a lot of these types of situations are kept in house, where customers are not a part of the process. The fact Oliver was willing to allow me to talk to the inner circle of people that he does his business with speaks volumes to me. Please let my story be a testament to you that this company is legit and they are going to 100% stand behind their products!

Specs Collective found specific frames that had been discontinued by the manufacturer for me as I really like the ones I currently have. They replied quickly and fulfilled the order quickly, Will buy again!

Excellent service, quality and efficiency.

I ordered a pair of Akila’s Musas which were out of stock with the provider, so immediately they told me I could either cancel or wait until late October for the order to be shipped.

I waited and I have them now. Their shipping prices are very reasonable and they use UPS for Mexico’s shipping, which I loved.

I will definitely purchase from you guys again, and even more knowing you’re a small business. I will always support that.

A lovely pair of handmade Japanese frames I couldn't find anywhere else, at a fair price and excellent service, with fast delivery right to my door in Canada. Highly recommended.

This was the worst experience in the world. They charged me for shipping. They wrote that they would ship from Italy, but in the end they shipped from America, I had to pay 140€ for customs clearance. The worst company. They delivered for more than 2 months, they did not offer any compensation for the long delivery or for the amount I paid for customs clearance. I will never order anything from them and will write bad reviews everywhere!

I accidentally ordered the wrong glasses. Very quickly that was adjusted! Very friendly service Oliver from Customer Service!!
