I placed my order recently and it is now over 1 week without shipping info whatsoever. This is so bothering especially when no one answers their call.

Needed to buy some nice eyeglass frames and decided to check out spec collectives selection. Found many frames in the style I had in mind from many high quality frame designers, some I had never even heard of nor would have found if it wasn't for this website. Decided on frames from Yuichi Toyama, a brand I had never heard of before. The frames arrived quickly and were perfect! Great website with awesome eyeglass frames

Ordered a Mykita eyeglass frame from Specs Collective. Oliver was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Frame arrived NIB straight from Germany just as promised 46 days after order placed due to being on backorder. Will definitely order from them again in the future!

I found Specs Collective while searching for a hard to find pair of Rhude Rhodeo frames. I wanted to customize them with my prescription. Oliver helped me with every step from custom tinting, lens selection, and frame fitting. He was kind, courteous and knew so much! The lab work was done in a matter of days-- sooner than thought. I got my package securely delivered. The packaging was meticulous! The products are well cared for! The Rhodeos are weighty, substantial and much more luxe in person than in pictures! Oliver and Specs Collective carries a superb collection of gems, but customer service is where they really stand out!!

Waited to order off this site because of their return policy. Turns out the items listed aren't actually available, and now I have no other option.

Great communication immediately updating the status of my item. However, it came much earlier than they even stated! Good packaging and I’m glad I went with them vs. another company. Next time I’ll have to add prescription lenses directly. They even carry a lot of contemporary brands I shop for.

First time ordering from Specs Collective. Bought a hard to find pair of frames off the website. Got a promt response with info on when the order would ship. After getting a follow up email from Oliver, I decided to ask him if he had a lead on some hard to find replacement parts for some vintage Matsuda frames (that I didn't buy from them). Oliver went out of his way to find and source the parts I was looking for. Got everything I was looking for promptly with no issues. On this day of automation, it's refreshing to get personalized help from an actual human that is professional and enthusiastic about what they do. Thanks again Oliver. Fantastic experience all around. This was the first time I decided to delve into the world of designer eyewear, and I can assure you I will definitely be back. I was on the hunt for a specific pair of Cutler & Gross optical glasses, but the Cutler & Gross website indicated they were sold out. Specs Collective came to the rescue and was the only online retailer that had the glasses I wanted in stock. I reached out to their customer service email, and Oliver responded to me within the hour with an answer to my question. I did only order the frames, so I can't speak to the lens quality, but based on my fabulous experience with the frames, I'm sure the lenses are just as good. Finally, the shipping process was quick, professional, and really well done from start to finish. Great job Specs Collective, I'll be back!

I had a wonderful experience with Specs Collective. Oliver was extremely attentive, answering all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. Buying glasses completely online can be stressful but I felt confident throughout the entire process. I did a "virtual" try on which proved to be very accurate and helped speed up the entire process. The Garrett Leight frames I chose are a perfect fit. The production and shipping time estimates were communicated clearly and accurately so I was never in the dark about the status of my order. I will definitely shop here again.

I broke my glasses and needed a new pair.
I found a pair of sunglasses and called to see if clear lenses could be used.
We decided to correspond through email for the rest of the transaction.

The customer service was great, they humored all of my ideas when comparing frames, and they turned around a rendering with the frames on me to preview extremely quickly.

They also allowed me to split the cost with an HSA and upgrade my shipping to overnight.

The lenses are spot on with my prescription and the AR coating that comes by default is nice.

I would absolutely recommend working with them, just reach out to them and I imagine you'll receive a similar experience.

Up to date notifications of my orders status, fast shipping and the product arrived in perfect condition. Specs Collective had the exact pair of Garrett Leight Wilson’s I needed to replace a pair I lost a year ago and I couldn’t be happier to have them back in my life within a week of placing my order. 5/5 would recommend and will be returning for my future optical needs!

Not thrilled with them. Shipping took over a week and then I had to pay my own return which ran almost $20. It's ridiculous that charge your customers for products like these especially when no brick and morter overhead is involved.
