same scammer but different names... they took the money from customers and never provide services. No one can contact them and speak to them as they blocked the numbers once they have the money
AVOID AND REPORT TO POLICE AND CONCERN AUTHTORITIES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Speed Coaches. I had booked four coaches and a mini bus for my wedding on the 7th of August, 2019, and paid a deposit of £890. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Firstly, it has been nearly impossible to get in touch with the company. I have tried calling their contact number multiple times, only to be met with a perpetual busy signal. Additionally, my attempts to reach them through WhatsApp and email have gone unanswered. This lack of communication is both frustrating and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, I recently discovered that the company is listed as dissolved on Companies House. This revelation has left me deeply concerned about the legitimacy and reliability of the services I had booked. It is alarming that I have not received a single penny back from my deposit, nor was I provided with the service I had paid for.

I trusted Speed Coaches to contribute to the success of my wedding day, but instead, I have been left with financial loss and unnecessary stress. This kind of unscrupulous behavior is unacceptable and unethical.

I strongly urge anyone considering using Speed Coaches to think twice before making any commitments. My experience serves as a cautionary tale, highlighting the lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity displayed by this company.

It is my sincere hope that by sharing my unfortunate experience, others can be spared from similar hardships. I implore Speed Coaches to take responsibility for their actions, provide refunds to affected customers, and rectify the harm they have caused.

Further to my email on 1st April, I would like people to know that on this occasion, for us, my wife got her full refund. Thank you. I believe that credit should be given as well as complaint when appropriate.

Scammers, do not use

Never use this disgraceful company, they are a full on scam, I question weather they even own a coach!!! They have been reported to trading standards and shouldn’t be allowed to trade, they constantly change names and bank accounts! When you read other reviews it all has the same pattern. You deal with someone called Eric ( who I’m pretty sure doesn’t exsist!) and they are quite forceful at getting your deposit and from there that’s when you’ve lost your money for good! In this scam they email you claiming you haven’t told them that you had luggage even though you send them proof in emails previously sent you’ve told them exactly what you have!! Then hold you to ransom hours before you leave telling you to pay another £540 more or we cancel you! So after many phone calls and emails there job then is to get you to cancel so you lose 50% of your booking so you fall on their terms and conditions! I never cancelled and they never showed up, they are in breach of their own contracts!! The person you speak to on the phone in operations is rude and clearly does this a lot due to his aggressive nature of phone manor! I’m not lying down with this vile company, they need taking down so no one else falls for their scams! Anyone effected by this company contact 03001232040 and report them!!

Absolutely shocking from these bunch of clowns. A day before a 19 man golf trip to celtic manor these bunch of scammers ring us up to try and charge us more for the trip. We then offered to change our group size to facilitate the fact they say they only have a smaller bus than we required but still said no. Basically they are con artists and we doubt whether they were ever gonna turn up. Do not use these clowns.

Save yourself the hassle and surprise last minute expenses - don’t book with this company. Shortly before departure they add extra charges onto the booking which you have to accept or they cancel.
The coach was old and the interior looked like something out of a Carry On film.

On a positive note, the coach did have a toilet and the driver got us back home safely.

They complitely ruind my 40th birthday!!!!Left me and 12 of my quests on our own in Italy. Still waiting a refund!!! They should be reported to police immediately!

They are literally stealing money from people. They don't book anything, then blame you for cancelling after they 'double book' and they refund you absolutely nothing.

After further research they have reopened Speed Coaches as another company name issued under Carry 2 which has had other 'companies' put into liquidation many times over...

The rudeness and arrogance is laughable. Ultimately shamefull and deserve every element of karma to hit back at everyone that works there as they accept it. Josh and Henry (and fake Eric who'll email you) should be ashamed.

We're literally not taking them to court merely because we have bigger problems than scum companies like this.

Great Service! Had a booking for 17 people on the weekend. Customer service from speed coaches was 5* before & after i booked. Mini bus driver was very nice, called when he was on his way and arrived early & return trip also went very smoothly. Thank you very much!

Horrendous service. Booked a coach over a year ago for a weekend away for 26 hens. Called the day before departure and was reassured everything was sorted and the coach would be there. Then at the end of the day received an email to say that they had double booked and could not honour our booking and also could not offer an immediate refund or any compensation. This completely threw us and we spent a ridiculous on alternative transport. They did not care and were very rude and unhelpful. Avoid avoid avoid!!

Booked over a year ago and then the booking was cancelled with less than 24hrs notice through email! Good job we checked emails or we would have been waiting for a coach that was never going to arrive. Disgraceful!

Absolutely awful company. Shocking customer service and completely unreliable! Cancel at the last minute without so much as a courtesy phone call. Unhelpful, rude staff and appalling attitude to customer service. If I could score 0 stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

We had this coach service booked in for over a year. Had a phonecall the day before to confirm all good to go and then get an email in the evening before we were due to go cancelling the booking due to them ‘double booking’. We had to spend a fortune arranging other transport for our trip due to this cancellation and short notice. If we wouldn’t have checked our emails, we would have been waiting outside for the coach in the morning none the wiser due to not even having a follow up phone call.
Absolutely terrible - do not recommend this company at all!

After booking a year ago it was cancelled the day before via email! Shocking.

Booked a coach over a year ago to take a group of 26 to Brighton. Received a phone call less than 24 hours before departure informing us they had DOUBLE BOOKED, and cancelled the journey. No compensation, no immediate refund. Bloke on the phone was not apologetic at all, no sympathy or care for what had happened. Not prepared to negotiate some kind of immediate refund to put towards alternative travel, even though this was absolutely do-able as money was payed by bank transfer. Not to mention the absolutely terrible customer service throughout said year. No receipt received after payment made, no response to emails, and after a phone call the day before cancellation, we were ensured everything was fine and we'd have a coach ready... How did they not know they had double booked the day before???? Completely gob-smacked at this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Trust me, I will never ever book anything with these people again. I booked a coach to take 26 ladies to Brighton to celebrate my daughters hen, deposit paid, receipt received, perfect. After this, Balance paid, no receipt, several phone calls and emails and I was assured the booking was secure and that the driver would contact me the night before to double check arrangements and introduce himself. 4:50pm the evening before I get an email telling me my booking had been cancelled due to double booking. I called them immediately to be told there was nothing they could do. This I find hard to believe especially as I’d called them the day before and was again assured the booking was secure. No apology, no offer of
compensation, we have to wait for a refund and be out of pocket while I rearrange alternative transport. Can you imagine the stress and anxiety this has caused. Shocking service and severe lack of customer care.

Booked a coach a year ago for a weekend away for my sister's hen weekend. At 5pm on the day before we're due to go they cancelled on us, stating that they had double booked for a booking taken a year ago..... When we asked if we could have some kind of explanation as to how this happened it was "double booked, the booking got there before you". We had rang in the morning and the coach was confirmed and ready to go and by 5pm they cancelled. No regard, no attempt to correct their mistake and no apology for 24 of us left without transport. Awful, awful, awful.

Absolutely awful service! Booked a coach for 26 people going on a hen do, confirmed everything was okay the morning before we were going then the evening before cancelled on us saying they had double booked! Wouldn't even give us an immediate refund so we could book another one! Would not recommend disgusting service
