Ordering on line was easy, nice to be able to customise the size. Arrived fairly quickly and looks great. Only one small improvement could be to have an automatic email informing of despatch and likely delivery date.

When placing my order I explained that I needed this prior to going on holiday, the item arrived a week before I was expecting it.
It arrived extremely well packed in a wooden crate, and on inspection looks great quality.

I ordered a splash back for my new kitchen and placed my order on line. I’m not very computer savvy, but I found the process very straightforward.
I was contacted to say that my choice of picture would not enlarge well, which I was very disappointed about. However, Hayden supplied me with information on where I could find another image.
Once I selected my choice and sent it to Hayden on a Friday he said I should receive my order the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
True to his word, my splash back arrived on the Wednesday.
I couldn’t be more happy with it. The quality is exceptional and it is the perfect finish to my dream kitchen.

I Ordered 3 Splashbacks on 2nd July 2024. They put the payment through the same day. On 9th they emailed an apology: their machine needed repair. They don't answer the phone. Have I been conned?

ADDED ON 30 JULY:
I have now got the 3 panels I ordered (1 shattered in transit). I am very pleased with all 3 and with the way the company communicated when things got difficult.

BUT: There is another business which doesn't even sport a phone, let alone a limited company status. It has a dubious reputation and I thought I was locked into that company. Again, apologies to an excellent supplier.

IN SHORT:
I would recommend Splashbacks Design Limited, Reg. 14543301 trading as Splashbacks.co.uk.
However, I would not recommend Splashbacks UK, which is not identified formally at all according to their Ts & Cs.

BY THE WAY, Trustpilot scores for this ghost company (at 30th July 2024) 57% 5 star. As usual with a ghost company, Trustpilot doesn't show an avatar for 5 stars, which themselves have only a few reviews.

Great fast service even with an email showing me what my picture splash back will look like! Then it arrived a few days later and it is superb!! Put it up straight away very easy and took lots of pics of it well happy!

Absolutely love my new kitchen splashback, ordered from this company and so pleased with the result. I ordered and received the splash back within the two weeks that was agreed, the first one I received was smashed on delivery. I took a photo and sent email to the company and within two weeks I had my new splash back up in my kitchen. So helpful and very good customer service and support.

There were a number of companies to choose from on the internet but I definitely chose the right one! I had a photo I had taken that I wanted as my kitchen hob splashback. From the very first email contact this company were quick to reply and so helpful. The splashback arrived within the 2 wks delivery, extremely well packed, looks amazing, the photo hasn’t lost any quality and it fits perfectly. I highly recommend this company.
