Ordered after seeing my friends glass splashback I really liked it wow I thought have one myself. Asked for the companies details who they got the splashback which is www.splashbacks. co uk however when I googled them I mistakenly ordered from another company www. splashbaksuk. com After four weeks splashback not arrived and disappointed contacted company. I googled again the website my friend had recommended and again went to splashbacksuk.com tried to call no answer tried live chat no answer tried email no answer. At this point I called my friend who had recommended this company who sent me their details through. The company I had ordered from was a company in Ireland who where using the other company as a keyword on Google in my opinion to trick customers. Contacted www. splashbacks.co.uk who confirmed no order was made by me by the way phone answered in two rings not like the terrible company www.splashbackcom who are apparently in Ireland. Any way cancelled order with splashbacksuk and ordered with splashbacks.co.uk what a difference. Received within 10 days communication excellent and wow again when I received. Don’t make the mistake I made.

They were super helpful when I was a bit anxious about the picture we were using being good enough quality.

Our splashback looks amazing - it was a custom photo and the colours came out beautifully.

I bought an extra tube or adhesive, but we didn't need it in the end, and only used about half of the first tube.

Very good screens and good Value. I did have a small issue when the screen turned up. It had a small scratch and there was a miss print, I sent them an email and had a phone call within the hour. The screen was collected next day, reworked and back with me within a few days. I cannot fault the product or customer service. Would 100% recommend.

We’ve had such a great experience ordering our splashback. Brian was super helpful when our original image was not of a high enough resolution and was happy to check each version I sent until he was happy we would get a great image. It arrived REALLY well packed! I opened the container and was blown away by the quality. It now sits proudly over the hob of my brand new kitchen and I could not be more happy. A beautiful finishing touch.

Do not generally leave reviews however on this occasion it’s so well deserved. Had a very special picture of a holiday with my late mother emailed company with picture and Brian spent many emails back and forward to me editing the picture and adding colour. When the splashback arrived I seriously cried as it was just such good quality compared to what I sent. Brings back memories every time I look at it. Thank you to splashbacks and Thank you to Brian a credit to your company.

I ordered a custom splash back using a photo I took of the seaside. You never really know how it is going to turn out until it arrives, but I have to say I can't stop smiling every time I see it in the kitchen. We only got the splash back this morning and it is now screwed to the wall behind the hob, we couldn't wait to get it installed.

I can't tell you how impressed I am with this company. We ordered two small blue marbled effect splashbacks for a bathroom project; managed to mess up the measurements (measure twice for goodness sake!) and the company were fantastic at sorting it out. Fantastic result! I'm absolutely delighted with our custom splashback in our new kitchen. The guys were very supportive in my desire to use a photograph of a waterfall we've visited many times over 40 years - so it's not just a great picture, it also brings great memories too. We were sent proofs and they cropped the photo just right for our shape/size. They were very patient and ensured the final result was exactly what we wanted. It was then produced very quickly, delivered personally - the complete service is highly recommended. Very reasonably priced too!
