Spoiled Brat is great. I've purchased many Disney items and have never been dissatisfied. International shipping costs are less than most UK websites. Susan is lovely and tries her best for her customers.

Talk about personal touches and made to feel special from a retailer then Susan will do that in a heartbeat. And OMG there are so many things i could buy from this store it is ridiculous for myself or gifts for my friends for those special occasions they are original quirky and right up my alley.
As for the clothes that range from all different prices but it's the names that i love its all there right in one place. I brought a pair of PJ'S first and they are the most comfortable pair i have ever brought. I know have to keep choosing which to put in order next and when you receive it the packing is beautiful a little packet of sweets and personal touches shows how much this buisiness means and in this current climate buisiness like this need all the support they can. And I for one will carry on shopping from here as much asci can to naje sure a wonderful lady and buisiness stays a float so please just take a peak as I don't think you will be disappointed. Nicole

The communication with SpoiledBrat in terms of questions being answered and delivery information is exemplary. The items are exactly as seen on the website, excellent quality and then to receive the parcel so gorgeously wrapped was a really lovely surprise. Thank you SpoiledBrat. From start to finish I've been so impressed by the service. Item was dispatched immediately and arrived the next day, in a beautiful metallic pink padded envelope! Also received an email saying if I needed any help with the order to contact them without hesitation. If only all customer service was like this!! Would definitely recommend and use again

There was an issue with an item going astray that was being delivered from the USA (not surprising considering COVID-19 causing havoc), but Susan was so helpful in getting the item re-ordered and sent out to us, keeping us informed at every opportunity. Just received my second order & am super satisfied with it. They always ship quickly & even coming from the UK my orders always show up early! Plus I've never had anything show up in less than perfect shape! Which is more than I can say for some of the US boutiques I've ordered from lately. I'll def continue to order from this company, they just keep impressing me!
