Worse haircut I can ever remember getting.
Had to return today to get my sideburns fixed as they were left uncut by Caitlyn.
What a pittiful excuse for a stylist.

Hair Stylist's name was Lace. $26 haircut for a "skin" fade and gave a $25 dollar tip. When I got home I looked at my head and I've never received a choppier hair cut in my entire life. Stray long hairs uncut, minimal uniformity, I asked for a skin fade, telling her clearly that I wanted it down to the skin, was not, no shaver was used. Haircut was less than 10 minutes long, zero attention to detail. I appreciated the minimal conversation, in hopes she could focus on her work but there was no pride taken in her craft. Will not be returning, which is a shame because I always give a generous tip.

The sports clip in STAFFORD Va was absolutely horrible!! My family are regulars at the Central Park location in Fredericksburg Va. The staff at the Central Park location are superb!! Excellent customer service from the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and are embraced with a warm welcome. Our stylist Roberta goes above and beyond for my son and I’m so grateful to her. Every single service has been exceptional, friendly, consistent and all about
him. Every time we have seen Roberta, she has been consistent with every visit. My son has never been cut, scraped or cried at any of his services with Roberta. Mind you he’s 4!!! That says a lot!!! Roberta has conversations with him and treats him like a real guest/human being! Roberta always has positive energy!!! Thank you for her!!!
But the location in Stafford was a complete disaster! I live in Stafford, so the Stafford location is convenient for me so I decided to go there and give them a shot versus driving all the way to Central Park like we normally do. Big mistake My poor son had so many scrapes and cuts from his haircut! Was not spoken to, was not treated right! I felt like we were bothering her. I thought she had a bad day..until I saw how she treated the next guest and how happy she was to see him versus us. That’s when I knew my son received horrible customer service by choice! Never again!!

I don’t believe I’m the only customer dissatisfied with my experience at Sport Clips. A basic, traditional haircut should include a truly clean finish in the back — what barbers have done for decades. Instead, they charge an extra $10 for what should already be standard: a properly shaved, clean neckline.

In my experience (with only two exceptions), I consistently left with visible stubble — about a week’s worth of growth — which defeats the purpose of a clean cut. It feels like the policy encourages quicker return visits rather than delivering a complete haircut the first time.

I prepaid for multiple cuts hoping for consistency, but it became a constant struggle to get a traditional result. There are many barbers who still provide a classic, properly finished haircut without extra charges.

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Convenient scheduling, courteous and competent stylist (Marie), reasonable price.

Customer be aware the towel they are using is not clean too many hair they use the towel is not dry
The one just done washing too many hair and is not sanitized they are dirty
Even in the shampoo bowl they don’t clean so what’s out

I go out to get a haircut once in a great while (I cut my own hair). So, I decided to treat myself today after 2 years. Wow, was I disappointed visiting this Sport Clips (Riverdale Utah). I was a Walk-in no one was on the board or waiting. I sat there waiting 20 minutes, then when the board said I was on deck, everyone left. I was treated like this 2 years ago and this time it was a very similar experience. So apparently this is Sportclips business model. I will not be treated like this for a very expensive haircut.

Nice shops but staff appear unhappy. I was a bit apprehensive when I went in since there was nobody waiting for a haurcut. I didn't receive the services offered and it was the worst haircut ever.

Second on the board for the stylist. Only one in-store and checked-in. The stylist finishes and a guy with a next available appointment sees the stylist at the register and she switches him to her name. I'm no longer next, he cuts me off, and then the other reservation shows up. 40-minutes later I get a haircut. Here's the hack - when you wake up book an appointment, you're first on the board whenever you show up in the store. Could be 5 hours later... Worst case a 15-minute wait.

Eliza @ South Meridian Promenade location is the best stylist in the Boise area. She takes her time, pays attention to details, talks the right amount and is pleasant to spend time with. I highly recommend her services.

Strike 2. Tried going to another location today to get my son’s haircut. Got there and their online hours say close at 5. Ghetto sign taped up says 4pm. First problem. Go inside and they say sorry we can’t cut anyone wise today. It was 325pm. So they decide they want to close early and decide even further they don’t want to do their jobs. Pretty pathetic. First time they decided to never open at all because they thought they were too good to go out when it’s cold apparently. Lmao.

Sign in sucks last time for me! People there waiting for late and no shows a mess.

Sport Clips in Pembroke Pines. I went there for a haircut after a horrible experience at a place called Great Clips in Dania Beach. Lori from Sport Clips gave me an excellent haircut and was very professional throughout. I will definitely be going back there to see her again!

Online signing in has destroyed any credibility of SportsClips. Today I saw a 103 minute wait, then after arriving watched my wait time move from 97 minutes to 83 then stop at 57 for 15 minutes. It should be first come first served. SC has the most frustrating system and I and other friends have just gotten up and left. It serves really no purpose and is extremely UN-customer friendly.

This is for the Springboro, Ohio location. Signed up on the app and chose a barber. So confirmed that I’m in the lineup for 3:45. Arrived 3:35 verified I’m on the board and showed I had a 20 minute wait. No problem but then I got skipped not once, not twice, but 3 times and all got MVPs adding to the delay. My wait time kept changing on the board. After waiting an hour I just left. This is the second time it’s happened and I decided to give them another opportunity to earn my loyalty / business. I tip good as well, but this was my last time here and maybe at any Sport Clips. At the very least the barber could have said something as to why the delay. I’m too busy at work to deal with this inefficiency. Service in many areas other than barbershops 💈 has declined to an all time low but this was just sad. Finding a new barber today.

This review is for the Hobbs New Mexico sport clips. I checked in with a 0 min wait time. An hour later I left without a hair cut. There were 3 stylists. Hum? (0 min wait-really). Don't go there unless you can devote a couple of hours to wait. If you have kids "good luck". You may find your self waiting much longer than you expect. I will never go back. WalMart here I come!

The only male stylist (barber) Steve May gave me a very good haircut! I'm 79 and don't like my hair too short.
I especially enjoyed the extra pampering, massage and hot towel. My cut was at the new location in Coeur d'Alene Idaho on Ironwood Drive *****

I am repulsed by this s**t show of a business. I called ahead to schedule, it was walk in OR I have to download an app to make an appointment (an app is not helpful by the way). I get there I am greeted by the girls and I have a seat. Other people walk in and sign in, *i was never told to sign in* and they were going to make me wait for the ones that walked in after me to have their hair cut because I didnt sign in.

Well excuse me everyone at Sport Clips. But if it is soooooo important we sign in, then make sure you tell people when they walk in! That does not even excuse the fact that I waited patiently, they knew I was there, it was just me there for a while.

You are a local business offering a very simple service, when did a little human touch and customer care become something that is not important anymore? ... download an app?? ffs.. I dont want a god damn app on my phone to have my hair cut. Why cant you just take a booking over the phone?

I hope this new policy of yours come back to bite you on the ass, because you lost a new customer today, because nobody could take the time to say "Hey can you sign in"

The reservation app deserves negative stars. It is the worst possible application ever. It is so hard to make a reservation. I login in and then it asks my address and then it shows the whole USA. Then there isn't a reservation button. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Sport Clips, Inc. would have a better reservation system with number 2 pencils, a Big Chief tablet and smaoke signals.
