Eine Woche vorbei kommt keine Bestellung erste mall bestellt nie wieder!!!

Ich habe zwei Schuhe bestellt und habe nur einen bekommen. Reklamation wurde abgelehnt, obwohl ich ein Foto gesendet habe. Absolut dumme und sinnlose Kommunikation mit dem Kundendienst.
Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Kaufen Sie Ihre Produkte woanders!

Habe ein falschen Artikel erhalten, bei dem es ein Kampf war, jemand persönlich zu erreichen, um ein gratis Rücksendelabel zu erhalten.

Als ich endlich eins erhalten habe hat die Menge nicht gestimmt, und daher auch meine Rückerstattung.

So viele Fehler wie hiersind inakzeptabel!

Wenigstens war die Hilfe beim Kundenservice freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn auch nicht ganz aufmerksam.

Quality of expensive trainers( AirMax IVO), and use poor quality laces...Brought, and hardly used ( 5 or 6 times within three months).
Laces broke.,asked if they would replace e laces..No I had to send trainera and broken laces..Hot an email back stating, that was it ..Wasnt replacing laces.
Will not be buying from them again!!.

Deswegen kann ich keine Angaben zur Retoure und Kommunikation machen.

I’m giving them one star only because I can’t give zero. To start with, they don’t know how to treat customers; they lack courtesy and have bizarre policies—for instance, if you buy online, you can’t return the item at the warehouse. Even if you just want to exchange the product, you’re forced to ship it back at your own expense; after paying for shipping to buy it, you have to pay to return it, too. Instead of attracting customers, they drive them away. I won’t be buying anything from them again; they are dishonest about their photos—you see one thing, but what arrives at your house is completely different. It’s a bit like expecting a Ferrari and getting a Panda—no offense to the Panda, of course. My wife once bought a pair of shorts, and they refused to exchange them, claiming that was the policy: once purchased, no returns allowed... what a joke.

Pay five pounds for a return, then find out i need a printer i haven't got to print returns label.

Refunded postage cost received 13/09 from cancelled item on 09/09. Item refund now some 20 days later (it’s now 02/10) and still outstanding despite having to email customer services from 23/09. Their policy is not being enforced

I also wish to make a formal complaint regarding Cross Way Food & Wine, the Evri ParcelShop I was instructed to use for this Sports Direct return.
I took the bicycle parcel to this location after following the return instructions provided to me. However, the shop refused to accept the parcel because they said it was too large.
If this parcel exceeded the size that this particular ParcelShop was permitted or able to accept, I should never have been directed there as an available return location in the first place.
This resulted in a completely unnecessary journey, wasted time and inconvenience. I then had to arrange a home collection, only for that collection to fail because Evri subsequently stated that it did not have sufficient address information.
Therefore, I have now experienced two separate failures with the same return:
I was directed to Cross Way Food & Wine, where the parcel was refused because of its size.
I subsequently waited for a home collection, which failed because Evri said it needed more address information.

I want Evri to investigate why I was directed to a ParcelShop that could not accept the parcel and confirm whether Cross Way Food & Wine was correct to refuse it under Evri's ParcelShop size restrictions.
I also expect this entire matter to be resolved without any further cost to me and without affecting my Sports Direct refund.
Please include this issue as part of my formal complaint and provide me with a written response.

Leider haben Sie einen falschen Beyblade geliefert, d. h. einen anderen Typ als bestellt. Mein Sohn war unfassbar traurig und hat mich darum gebeten, dieses Feedback abzugeben.
Wir haben nur darauf verzichtet, den falschen Beyblade zurück zu senden, da der Beyblade aus England oder ggf. sogar aus China zu uns nach Deutschland geliefert wurde und der Rückversand einfach noch mehr Umwelt belastend gewesen wäre. Dies war für uns sehr bedauerlich.

Als ich die Lieferung ankam, da ist was beschädigt die Kapuzenjacke Nike. Da ist ein Loch die Jacke. Bin stinkig wütend. Wie kann ich zurückschicken? Kann man umtauschen?
