When sports direct send you the wrong item, they simply do not want to help with the returns process. There is no clear way to return an item without paying for it. Why would I want to spend hours of my life chasing them and then pay for the item they cocked up and sent in error? I don't, and I won't! Customer service is a load of shit and super slow. Never again

Habe getragene Schuhe bekommen mit leichten Gebrauchsspuren schuhkarton defekt

Went into Telford sports direct to by a football the male employee was rude after he scanned the item and just stood there looking blank. I asked him much? Just a very simple question as he didn't say how much i had to pay. As if thats hard to relay the information. Paid then had to ask for a receipt still looked vacant when I told him to sort his attitude out!!!

The delivery driver (Evri) marked it as delivered then told the lady he’d take it back to the depot after being told I don’t live there got straight on them came back 2days later
Took the tags off the back put them on then trousers on and the zip is on the inside of the leg not the outside like the ones I got direct from Adidas
Said took tags off can’t return even though they’re unworn…wanky customer service don’t buy from them

Leider wurden mehrmals Bestellungen, aus welchen Gründen auch immer, nicht geliefert und diese Nichtlieferung weder kommentiert noch begründet. Das hat mich sehr geärgert. Wenn die Bestellung angekündigt geliefert wurde, war es schnell und sicher. Daher "nur" 3 von 5 Sternen.

I am absolutely furious with the way this has been handled.

This is now the **second time** I have paid for next-day delivery and Sports Direct has failed to deliver my order as promised. This is **your error AGAIN**, not mine.

Now I am being told that I have to wait **7–14 days for my refund**. Quite frankly, that is completely unacceptable. Why should I have to wait up to two weeks to get my own money back because **your company has failed to fulfil the order and messed up yet again**?

I paid you for a service, you failed to provide that service, and now you are expecting me to wait for my money while you process a refund for an error that is entirely on your side. That is not acceptable.

I want my **full refund processed immediately**, including any delivery charges I paid. I do not accept being told to simply wait 7–14 days when I have already been inconvenienced by Sports Direct's failure for the second time.

Your customer service throughout this situation has been extremely poor, and I am frankly disgusted with the way this has been dealt with. There has been no sense of urgency, accountability or understanding of the fact that **I am the customer who has been left out of pocket because of your mistake**.

I expect this to be escalated and I want confirmation that my refund is being dealt with **immediately**, not another generic response telling me to wait.

This is your mistake. **I should not have to suffer financially or wait 7–14 days because of your repeated failure to provide the service I paid for.**

I expect a proper response and a resolution without further delay.

Alles etwas undurchsichtig. Verschiedene Tracking id's, ypaketdienstleister... mal schauen wann es dann ankommt.

Sports direct do not issue refunds to your original payment method - they part refund by voucher, even if you have paid the full amount with your credit card. Their customer services are appalling and they do not answer direct questions, and eventually stop replying. They are in breach of UK consumer law. I will cancel the charge through my credit card provider, but a warning to others if considering shopping online - you will not be refunded the way you paid, even if you return items within 14 days. You can expect to receive a voucher for part of your return, even if its part of the same order.

Schuhe sind leider zu klein und ich hab keine Möglichkeit einen Retourenschein anzufordern!

Eigentlich sehr gut. Aber das mit den 10% rabbat hat nicht funktioniert was zwar an mir gelegen hat aber man könnte nochmal darauf hinweisen daß ein Rabbat noch vorhanden ist.

I went to the 1 stop shopping centre base at 19.50hrs. Closing time is at 20.00hrs. The security just about allowed my partner to go and stopped the rest saying that they cant allow us to go. I had my 2 little kids with me and it was just a matter of grabbing a ball and coming out. Usually I dont mind on things like this but, the security guard 2 asian lads were present but the African carribean man came across very rude, bad manners no customer service. I asked that there was still time to go in as per website opening closing times and he disagreed and said you should be happy I let your partner in. I was not a very happy person. Another customer came after me and they also refused to let them in whilst there was 5 minutes left, they.were not happy aswell. I think security guards do have a job to do but they need to also amend the times like last entry accepted at what time? As the website is misleading to customers. P.S the security man could have a smile when talking
