Like everyone else, I was fooled into thinking these people knew what they were doing. I bet 6 computer generated A picks. Lost all but 1. So I lost a lot of money. I have canceled my subscription and removed my credit card info. I hope this helps someone, not get fooled like I did.

Absolutely Terrible.

First off their projections and picks are average at best. You'd have just as much success flipping a coin. I signed up for a discounted membership last year. Today, I noticed on my credit card statement they billed me for a yearly renewal at the full amount. This auto renewal was 10 days ago and they refuse to refund me for the subscription because that's their policy. I'm sure many users are unaware of the automatic renewal and they're borderline stealing money from customers. Stay far far away from this site.

Awful. Don’t waste your money! I changed my picks based on the simulation model and an “experts” picks in DFS fantasy mode. I’m shocked at how off they were.

As with everyone else here. Cancelling is absolute nightmare. I was just charged $ 24.99 / mo. for the renewal requested a refund and was denied.
As far as the product itself, didn't find the information that appealing (ertainly wouldn't use it as a gambling tool) and requested it to be cancelled to no avail.

I wish there was an option for NO stars!!! They keep charging my credit card for yearly renewals when I have already previously canceled subscriptions. Also they sign me up for trials WITHOUT MY PERMISSION then, they charge me a whole year the same day they start my trial I didn’t even agree or sign up too.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. They charged me $99.99 automatically and when I contacted them to not bill me annually and only monthly they wouldn’t change it!!!!! Now I’m out a ton of money that I had plans to use for my children’s back to school fund and they didn’t even work with me on it. Terrible customer service. Wasn’t empathic at all to my situation. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEM! I would change my review if they would refund me!!!!!!

I subscribed to this a year ago. Used it a couple of times and that was that. Definitely not worth it whatsoever. Fast forward to today when I receive notification on my credit card that a charge of $99.99 was made for automatic renewal. Immediately I call them and they don’t even open till 12 PM. Emailed and canceled my subscription ASAP. They responded saying it’s been canceled but there are no refunds so I can still have access until 8/7/24. I told them I absolutely do not want to keep it and I want my credit card refunded. They responded saying their terms of service states no refunds. Not only that, but I have Paramount + which includes this subscription for free. I went through my entire mailbox and not once have I ever received an email from them. Nothing reminding me my subscription was being renewed at any time. Yes, my fault I completely forgot about this, but it was 1 year ago and was NEVER used. Absolutely furious with this company!

I used Sportsline 5 times in the first month. It never helped me with winning any bets. I do much better on my own. I was just charged today for my subscription and I promptly cancelled it. I then called to get a refund. The response was, "We have a no refund policy."

Does it seem fair to anyone that I should have to pay for a service that I will not use a single time during that period?

This company has charged my credit card 99.99 twice after I cancelled beware of the tiny print at very bottom I would never pay 100.00 for this I didn't use this I have a case open with my attorney so beware it's a scam!!!!

Was some pretty decent info from reading the expert picks that often helped me decide my pick before they started letting the experts do player props. Pretty much sucks now unless your into the daily fantasy type contests which I have never cared for. I purchased the service for quick info on games to make straight bets on. I have zero use for all their player props crap & wont be renewing my subscription.

They won’t refund my $100 even the charge is still pending. Customer service sucks.

Their predictions are usually wrong, they say the matchup is run 10000 times but in actuality, you're better off flipping a coin. I used them in 14 bets and was 4-10. A week later used their predictions in various games about 25 and was 10-15, be warned maybe you're better off going against their predictions. They are pretty good at picking the money line, big deal.

mclure says every week he has someone that will produce MASSIVE numbers but never reveals who it is personally I think he is full of it

Terrible customer service with no resolution of issues.

Usually have a writer pick for both teams ? Since reading.. my picks are 1-12 ! and latest suggestion gave up most yards in a bowl game ever !

Amateurs. Do not buy access if you are from Poland and do not have a VPN. Their website is not working. They don't warn you about this before you buy. Reporting to support does nothing. They screw customers. Despite many requests, I was not refunded.

First time here at this store BAD EXPERIENCE I TRIED A SHIRT ON WANTED TO GET A NEW ONE THE CASHIER SAID I COULDN'T BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY TRIED IT! I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK SHE TOLD ME THERE WAS NO EXCHANGE. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN

This company will rob you. Do not trust or under any circumstances subscribe.

Some segments are profitable and some lose a little bit after juice. But sports betting is not easy. The show is fun. A little heavy on self-promoting and the host has a very big ego but hey, that sells in sports. More good than bad.
