Ordered two of the flower cat beds in early February.
Waited for at least a month, contacted them, same as above, will look into it. I did get a reply but useless.
I contacted Australian shipping company, and they actually had the shipping number but item never arrived at depot.
Back to company who said it was lost in shipping and they would immediately send a replacement.
Same as above, a tiny xmas decoration!
I have threatened with contacting appropriate authorities, so will see what happens!

Fraudulent. Charge visa and don't ship product.

This is scam. Don't trust or buy at yhis company. They send you the tracking number but it doesn't exist. It remains at the same status on waiting the shipment. Pay attention

Ordered 3 advertised large toys which enable a small child to sit in ,got 1 miniature 40x50 mls when I paid in excess of $ 160 Australian, after repeated attempts to rectify with no resolution this msg is to warn other people to do not engage with this Company ,they should be named an shamed publicly an charged. Scam. Exactly the same scenario as mentioned above. Never received real tracking info (only their website shows), same person Irene kept on saying "i will look into it and get back to you", but never any results.

This company is a scam and a sham.

Spent 59USD ordering 3 36" outside Christmas reaths.

Ordre never arrived, i wrote to the site and an Iren Rogan replied saying will look into it and never was able to convince me that this was a genuine business. I eventually received in a tiny plastic bag 1 only plastic reath the size of my hand, what a joke. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Ordered a 60 inch illuminated Xmas wreath. What arrived wasn’t illuminated and was barely 4 inches. Total scam. They are supposed to be looking into it - not holding my breath.

Vi beställde en produkt i mars som vi aldrig fick och när vi mailade dem, svarade de att de ska skicka en ny, och sen kommer inget och vi får inget trackingnummer. Vi har mailat under ca 6 månader nu och de svarar bara att de ska skciak en ny eller "kolla upp vad som har hänt" och de senaste mailen nu när vi krävt återbetalning av pengarna och hotat med att anmäla dem så har de inte ens svarat.
Så undvik att beställa av dem, oseriöst, SCAM!

Har bestilt for 3 måneder siden. Der bliver svaret på mail, og sent tracking nr. men så sker der ikke mere. Hver gang jeg spørger til levering, vil de kigge på det, og stadig ingenting modtaget. De trak pengene med det samme.

Fup kommer aldrig og deres mail virker ikke.

Tror nok dette er scam… Bestillte en vare der fra, men får inne kontakt med de.. sendt mail og begge mailadressene fungerte ikke og fikk opp leveringsfeil på mail… 😏 Kjedelig…
