Garbage from the beginning. Tracking was impossible and never delivered even though it said it was. Total scam.

tgey posted that my order was delivered . well I saw the truck on my camera at 7 am but they didn't deliver so have no idea how to contact them wth

I believe that they are tied to scammers from China a package they supposedly picked up on November 5th is still sitting in warehouse as of now with no updates since the 10th

They advised they delivered on 24 October which apparently signed for just lies no order delivered to my address they gave advised parcel out for delivery today I guarantee it won't be delivered scammers and thieves

They NEVER responded to emails or voice messages. I asked for a refund when they announced on social media to request refunds via email. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but they abused my trust. I disputed the charges as no products were sent and no refund was sent and no correspondence to my emails and voice messages were made. A few weeks later, the product arrives AFTER a dispute was opened up. Now a year later they are putting blame on customer saying they were wrongfully disputed upon and we must now pay the total plus $25 chargeback fee, and that they will only accept a check as they do not trust the customer since they did a credit card dispute and will now not accept your credit card. This company and whoever is in charge over there is a JOKE! What did they expect when no one at their business NEVER replied to emails or phone calls? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JOKERS!

I also placed an order for gloves and masks on 4/6. The information this company provided regarding availability and shipping dates was completely deceptive. I also received the mass email in which they tried to explain the issue and was patient for a little longer. However, when I looked at comments online you can see that so many people have had issues and you can also see orders placed after mine being filled while I had still heard nothing. They do not answer emails or answer the phone and you cannot leave a message. The voicemail has been “full” for over two months! I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first, but they have proven with their business practices that they do not deserve that. Their website still states that they are taking new orders even though their COVID 19 supplies are sold out! The worst part is that they had no problem charging my credit card as soon as they received the order in April! We were in the process of doing a chargeback as I had to purchase the products elsewhere. They just now sent an email 6/19 that my order was being shipped. I could not stop the shipment since they do not answer. I will also be returning.

Worst company ever!!! Do not purchase anything from these scammers! I ordered on April 4th, 2020 with a guarantee of 2 day shipping. End of May still nothing. Called the company...voice mail is always full so you cannot leave a message. I emailed them asking for a full refund...no response. I paid through PayPal so I wrote to the Dispute dept.telling them everything I just stated, saying I wanted a full refund since I purchased the items elsewhere. They gave Sprinter two weeks to respond. June 17th.... now they are sending the items 2 day shipping 10 weeks later! Another case of consumer loses and the crappy corporation wins. I will be sending these items back without opening them to get a full refund!

BEWARE!!! This company took my $90 and never deliver the masks. I also received the email they promise to give you a refund if you did not want to wait, I contacted them by email and never receive an email back. I called the number on their website and the voice mail is full can't leave a message. They are thieves. Take your money and do not deliver the merchandise. BEWARE! DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THEM

Well, I have read the other reviews. Indeed we are all angry/upset at their not so good business practices- I think they got in quite a bit over their heads thinking they could supply masks to all of us who were panicking in April and wanting masks quickly. They were not really equipped to provide them; they did take our money and it did seem the masks were coming right away- that, of course, did not happen. Time went by and just about when I really started wondering I received the “blast” email sort of apologizing, sort of angry at all who had complained, saying they would refund money, etc. I just chose to do nothing and not get my blood pressure sky high over this. Somewhat miraculously today, June 12, I received my Fedex shipment of masks! SO, although I cannot recommend them for fast delivery of masks anyway ( I don’t know what else they do) , I can say that my masks did eventually show up and I did not go through the grief that others went through. In these insane times I have decided to channel calm and peace wherever I can.

Horrible experience! Stay away from this company. I am too tired of the ordeal to waste time with recounting the details. Save yourself from the frustration and from being ripped off!

As other folks have noted, this is a horrible company. They take your money and then you hear nothing from them. I received the same email blast that most folks received, telling us how backed up they were, blah, blah, blah. They also said that if you wanted a refund, it would be easy and no problem. Except, they do not reply to emails. Never. After wait nearly two months, I filed a claim through my bank and they returned my money to me.

If Sprinter Supplies can't fulfill past orders, they should not continue to accept new orders. Avoid like the plague.

Big SCAM... don't buy anything from Sprinter Suppliers.

I placed an order on April 6th. When I placed the order the item description explicitly said "shipping on 04/10". 04/10 passes and radio silence. They do not respond to emails, they do not respond to messages, their voicemail box is full. Eventually they send out a condescending email blasting their customers for the delay. This is how you know you're dealing with a mickey mouse operation, no one with any business savvy would have sent an email like that to their (rightfully) angry customers. I started a dispute case with my credit card company because they charged me right away, which I believe is illegal if you have no idea when you will actually ship the product to your customers.

SCAM - same as everyone else here. Paid for masks and gloves early April. Was told new supplies would be in April 10th and would ship April 13th. Still nothing as of May 20th. No response from company when contacted by email. Took my money and the shipping cost. Most likely will face a class action for this as this seems widespread.

I've had a similiar experience as the other reviewers on here. I ordered from Sprinter Supplier a month ago, never received my order and have been trying to contact them for a refund.
They need to stop taking orders that they can't deliver & communicate with their customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM SPRINTER SUPPLIER! NO SHIPMENT OF DISPOSABLE MASKS - NO COMMUNICATION - I HAVE WAITED OVER ONE MONTH! I placed my order online on April 10th and paid via Amazon Pay. Sprinter Supplier advertises 2-Day Federal Express on the Disposable Masks, I have waited over a month.. and today is May 12th and still no shipment! I have emailed kindly but they won't issue my credit / refund! This is a SCAM! I'm disputing this charge with my bank...and will never do business with these third party suppliers trying to sell COVID-19 items!

On the 9th I placed an order with these people. In the product description the merchant reported that shipments were coming in by the following Monday the 13th and that orders would be processed and shipped 2nd day FedEx express that day. Since that time I have not received my ordered goods. I have attempted to contact them with no success via their social media page at "redacted". I tried to call and the phone went unanswered and their voicemail would not take any more messages. I also attempted to contact them through their email at "redacted", Again with no response. The only contact I, or anyone who has posted about this company, have received was a mass email that amounted to a softly worded threat to anyone who was threatening fraud charges. I attempted to get a refund, requesting it via email, as they requested people do in their Mass email, again with no response. I attempted to refund through Amazon Pay and today grew tired of the month long process and refuted charges with my bank. As of today, the 29th, the merchant is still taking orders and payment despite being unable or unwilling to provide a tangible product, and is refusing to contact their paying customers.
