Alex has been very helpful & responsive in our search for a suitable rental property . The process was completed very efficiently & quickly and any questions answered quickly. Maintenance issues were responded to quickly which is a relief.

It's been my first time renting, very stressful but Alex has made the process very simple. I feel very looked after with square foot, as soon as there is a problem they sort it. I had an issue with the heating, I briefly mentioned it in passing to Alex one morning, she sent maintenance out that day and a repairman that afternoon. Brilliant.

Genuinely, this agency has provided me with much needed support and guidance throughout this transition especially becoming an adult. If it weren’t for Claire I wouldn’t have been able to trust or feel comfortable with this process. However, she provided me with her best advice and helped me to feel at ease completely and sharing an understanding for the position I’m in.
These apartments are beautifully designed and situated in the most ideal location for shops and commuting out of area. This building has security, comfort, essentials, bonus facilities for those who enjoy their fitness in a gym or enjoy sitting in the sun up in the garden balcony. The layout of this building assures me I’m safe and can be more than comfortable with my environment.
