Scam Scam,
Side act like the government.
They took $485 from my card; I disputed against the site and don't know if I'll get the money back.

I made the same mistake applying with them for a visa. I have asked to cancel and refund. Will I get my money back?
Do they give you a real visa?
Do they steal passport details ?

Costs way too much. Name was spelt wrong but corrected using messaging immediately. Then the thought I might not have a real visa & they have all my details. Panic, and fear.
On applying through Government site, I found I had already applied, such a relief.

COMPLETE SCAM

I've reported this merchant to authorities. They do not provide the cost of the visa they simply debit your account by FOUR times the actual cost of the visa. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
My bank has filed a transaction dispute to try and recover funds.

Total scam like all the others, my fault for not checking but these are these are evil people and they deserve to be put in jail

SCAM!! They charge closed to $110.00 when you go to immigration it’s only $40.

I made a mistake on my paper work. These scammer said I needed to pay them an additional $110.00!

Don’t get scammed! Go to the country and get visa from there.

These scammer taking money from the local government. STAY AWAY!!!

Total scam, i was in a hurry so clicked the first site google gave me.

They messed up the country of origin and never replied

Total scam. They are coming up with some phantasy upsale services to the official Sri Lanka ETA visa.

They should be fined and sent to prison.

I was stupid enough to fall for their site and I realised too late that they were a third party site when I was awaiting confirmation of the price and instead just got confirmation of payment. Checked my CC statement and it turns out they charged me £75 for the application!! Ludicrous considering the Sri Lankan visa was waived for British passport holders.

I contacted them within minutes not to process and they ignored and still processed. I am disputing this with them and will also do so with my CC provider and update.

Use the official Government site for all applications!

Beware of this company when applying for Sri Lankan visa. They charge almost triple to what other companies do and to get away with it they place the amount being paid strategically in a place where its likely to be missed by a customer and to make sure customers don’t cancel the application straight away they don’t include any payslip or payment information in confirmation email either. They will also charge you the same number in all currencies (they say visa cost is 50 USD but charge you 50 GBP) and will refuse to give you a refund.
