The location is desirable, in close proximity to the stores, disney parks, and restaurants. I was surprised to get an upgrade on the private pool, (although it was small, it was sufficient enough for the kids to play at). The house could use a little update as far as the mattresses and beddings. The pillows were all flat and bed squeaks when you move. I think it might have some bed bugs too because towards the end of our trip, almost everyone of us was itching. There were also 2 instances when we found cockroaches, once in one of the bathrooms, the other time was in one of the bedrooms. The last thing that I wish could be fixed is the fact that the owner used the unit as their storage, there were paint cans, remnants of flooring, and other stuff in one of the closet, which also smelled like mold. I know those things can be a big deal to somebody else, but we were able to make the most of it. I just hope it can be addressed for the next renter. We stayed at 2361 Silver Palm Drive

I enjoyed staying in a quiet community that was close to the Disney parks. It was very clean and I recommend it to anyone!

The house and the neighborhood were absolutely perfect. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We even wished we had one more day to just enjoy the house without going to the Disney parks. My only suggesting would be that we did not have a grill. A grill would of made cooking and clean up much easier.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to many amenities. Clean and well stocked wth towels and the essentials for a comfortable stay. Grandkids loved the pool

Location,recreation, and the closeness to shopping malls. Outstanding!

The home was nice and in a very quiet area but the air conditioning was not very cool. We had difficulty with unlocking the door and finally the property management group came and repaired that. The pool did not filter after our first night there.

The check-in process is easy and staff is very friendly.

The house we rented for the week was beautiful. We had a great time and no problems at all with the house. It made for a great vacation.

I would give it 10 stars because the house is amazing. We arrived on Saturday, tried to get in contact to with Management to add some extras, but never called back until Monday the day that we were leaving. Thank God that we did not have any real emergency.
I recommend this house you will never regret staying at it. New house with all latest features, Very clean and well maintained,Theater room with gigantic screen, surround system and 12 Recliner Seat Home Theater chairs, Flat screen TV in all bedrooms, Billiard Poll Table, Air Jokey, Soccer Table, Ping Pong Table, Pool with Spa, screened pool and patio. Just amazing!!!!!!

Accommodations were very nice. We used the facility for our youth trip.
