I run an IT department for a fast-growing aesthetic medicine business in Japan . I was looking for a sophisticated but secure people directory and organisational chart system. However most of the options available could not meet my criteria and also were not in Japanese language. When I approached Steegle, they too did not have a native Japanese system so they created a conversion for our company in Japanese very quickly. Easy to use Google Workspace based intranet products. Really doing a nice job filling the gaps left by Google. Steegle team has been responsive with help, improvements, and anything else we needed.

If you're looking to develop a central hub for company communications at a fair price and in record time, look no further than Steegle. Our manufacturing company, which employees 900+ employees, has long been in need of a central point of communications to share company resources and news of social events that engage our team. Since it was a new concept at our business, our exec team gave us a limited budget.

After sourcing a number of options that would have capped out our budget, but didn't look all the visually appealing, we came across Steegle. Seeing as our company already utilizes Google Workspace, we felt we hit the jackpot with this solution that not only looks good, and would allow us to have full control of the design structure of our site, but would also seamlessly integrate with our current systems.

Throughout the project (which spanned about 5 months), the Steegle support team have been on-hand to patiently answer any questions our team had while building our Steegle enhanced Google Site to serve as our intranet. The fact that they're based in the UK was never an issue in response time. The platform itself is very intuitive and easy to use. It syncs perfectly with Google Suite (single sign-on etc), and whenever we encountered any hurdle, Peter, Stephen and Deepak were quickly responsive and always knew a way round it. Overall, this software is brilliant value for money. It is a flat fee, instead of the extortionate "per user, per month" rates that most of their competitors charge.
