Awful. I signed all my paperwork and posted it by had through their letterbox as requested only for them to lose it. They were not bothered that they had lost paperwork with a lot of sensitive information on it.
Then a couple of months after the sale had gone though they wrote to me stating that there was outstanding ground rent to be paid that they had missed and now it had been handed to a debt collector I had to pay the arrears plus around £300 fees. They did not take any responsibility for this oversight.

I would go elsewhere.

They are more expensive than the online conveyancing firms but their service and attention is so superior it was worth the extra money. I would highly recommend the firm. I previously used this firm for making my will. My parents used this firm since 1994. Great service and communication! I have dealt with Joshua Duckworth and colleagues now over a few transactions, over the last few years, having bought and sold and set up a residents association.
