We had very good experiences yesterday. The Sales assistant, Alan, is very kind, friendly and helpful. He did his best to help us find uniforms in right size, and ordered the one that not in stock.

I hate shopping here!
Always issues shopping with Stevensons. Size guides are rubbish, sizing of items is awful too, items are frequently out of stock, quality is poor, name tags are sewn in stupid places and look like washing labels, refunds aren’t processed unless you chase and to top it off having paid for DPD tracked delivery, I started getting hoax texts on day of delivery purporting to be from DPD threatening storage charges unless click on link to rearrange delivery within 24 hours or item will be returned to sender! Stevensons reckon it’s a pure coincidence and nothing to do with them. Yeah right. I wouldn’t shop here if I had an alternative. Wish school would source an alternative supplier.

As outlined in our previous email, there has unfortunately been a significant national increase in phishing and hoax text messages impersonating delivery companies such as DPD. These messages are not generated by either DPD or Stevensons, and are often sent at random through number‑harvesting. They are frequently received around the same time customers are expecting genuine deliveries, which can understandably cause concern.
At present, I cannot see that any additional issues were raised regarding sizing or name labelling. However, if you do have any concerns in these areas, we would be more than happy to discuss them further and see how we can help.

My experience wasn't pleasant…
I previously raised complaints about the Reading showroom team exhibiting unwelcome behavior and attitude issues, even during pickup orders. However, it appears that you are compelled to purchase from them depending of which school your children attend.

Why don’t you offer a name label service like other uniform providers?

Customers are required to log in so that the website displays the correct uniform for the relevant school and year group. Based on previous customer feedback, this process helps to reduce errors and ensures that the correct items are selected at the point of purchase.
We currently offer both iron‑on and sew‑on name labels. However, we do not provide a service to apply these labels to garments. That said, we appreciate you sharing your feedback, and your comments will be passed to the relevant teams for consideration as part of future service reviews.

Great returns policy
I recently ordered some new school skirts for my daughter - they arrived promptly and in good condition.
I also remembered I had some rugby shorts to return for my son as I had ordered the wrong size. I initially presumed I had missed the return window, but then saw on the website that you have 365 days to return items. This is fantastic! I returned the shorts 6 months after I had bought them and got a full refund.
