StockHero has been very responsive to my many requests and needs. The customer service has been top tier. I had a request for a refund due to double charging of the membership fee, and they resolved it in less than 6 hours. That is unheard of these days!! I would recommend this company just for the customer service. Thanks again StockHero!!

I really thank you and appreciate their kindness advice and support all the time. There is the most stressful thing is that the understanding of how to use many different bots and how to manage my own fear of the automation trading. Stockhero's staffs are very helpful for me all the time and without them , I couldn't do anything at all... If someone wants to challenge algorithm trading, Stockhero leads you to take right way !!!

I have been following the site and blog posts for some time and eventually decided to take the leap with a subscription and a small amount to test.
I started with Premium monthly with a free marketplace bot, which I used to see if it was worth it. It didn't take long to prove that the bot strategy is powerful and I upgraded to Pro annual with many marketplace bots to choose from.

From the first monthly sub to the latest, their support has responded to my questions and request quickly, clearly and friendly!

The marketplace bots are easy to implement and have powerful strategies with high win rates.

I have not created my own startegies or bots, so I cannot comment on this feauture.

I can recommend StockHero to anyone looking for ready-to-use and well-performing bot strategies without needing to spend time creating and back-testing your own. And of course the excellent customer service.

I’ve been using StockHero for about two months now, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. I started out cautiously, running all my bots in paper trading mode for the first six weeks. The results were surprisingly strong - consistent, logical, and clearly based on well-designed strategies. This gave me the confidence to recently begin deploying a few of the bots with real money. While it’s still early days on the live trading front, the initial performance continues to look promising.

Throughout my learning phase, I’ve had frequent questions and reached out several times - often on weekends or outside of typical business hours. Every single time, I received a detailed and helpful response within hours. It’s rare to find this level of responsiveness and commitment in a trading platform. It made a huge difference in building trust and getting up to speed with confidence.

The platform itself is intuitive and offers a wide range of marketplace strategies. My only wish would be for even more guidance or recommendations around which strategies align best with different types of stocks or market conditions. That kind of insight would be a fantastic next step for an already outstanding platform.

I am new to StockHero. They have excellent documentation on their website but I still struggled to connect TradingView to my StockHero bot to Wealthsimple trading account. I emailed StockHero support several times at all times of the day and night. I always received a prompt and very helpful response. The support team is knowledgeable and dedicated, a fantastic combination for me, the customer. I have dealt with the support teams for many companies, stockhero is definitely a cut above the rest.

Consider which subscription you want to use carefully, the bot fees add up if you don't use the professonal/annual subscription. 3. Trust the process and don't get bogged down trying to micro manage every setting. The instructions/guidance their support team provided was solid, so I've chosen to just stick with that approach.

To summarize, I can say with confidence that the bots work effectively, and the results have been consistent regardless of market shifts. Results might vary for others, do your own research, but I'm relatively new to trading and this has been very profitable for me.

I found StockHero while searching for AI trading tools. As someone new to trading, I was drawn to the idea of using AI to trade for me. StockHero stood out as one of the top-rated platforms.

The app is easy to use — connecting my brokerage and launching a rented bot was simple. I initially tried building my own strategy but quickly realized I needed more trading experience to do that effectively, so I switched to one from their Marketplace.

My bots have a winning record, and I’ve even made a small profit — encouraging signs as I cautiously test things out. While I haven’t broken even on costs yet, I see a realistic path forward with more capital.

I must point out that the customer service has been outstanding. My questions are answered quickly and thoughtfully, even when I go off-topic. That kind of support really builds confidence.

I give 4 stars because of the superb communication and the refund for my subscription that at the end of the month turned out to be in vain because of brokerages (ALapca, Tiger and Tradestation) that were tedious and time consuming to no avail. I thus never got a change to test their AiBot. A shame but that's because of the Brokerages complicating things, not Stock hero.

I am very impressed with the support. The support team is very responsive and helpful. When I asked for further clarification on a previous submitted question, the support team was patient and explained everything in detail. I started my subscription at the level of Lite, then I moved to the Premium level. I probably will upgrade to the the annual Professional plan soon.
Emotion is a major human frailty. Leave the trading to bots will liberate any traders from this weakness. Obviously, there is no such thing as a bullet proof strategy. There are always failed trades. Fortunately, the 3 strategies that I have tried so far all practice stop loss.
