Poor customer service
I bought 3 items from this company and one was not as described. I requested a refund for the wrong item however they failed to take ownership of my request and would not refund the wrong item. They acknowledged that the description of the item was wrong and changed it for other potential customers, but would not refund me. I would strongly recommend not buying from this company.

The manufacturer made a minor change to the design of the item, the item supplied was essentially the same. The customer had worn the stockings (rendering them unsaleable) but demanded a refund! The customer wanted to keep the item, but be refunded for a minor product detail change that was down to the manufacturer - we can only refund unworn items for hygiene reasons as explained in our terms and conditions.
