Refund resolved.
Following an exchange of messages i received my refund after a technical issue on the Effective Copywriting course. Overall, I'm pleased with the service even though it took longer than expected to resolve. I've studied with Stonebridge in the past and I would happily use Stonebridge again. We got there in the end.

Advance Treadmill Course
The course was interesting and fairly easy to follow. My tutor Ariane Holder was always there to support and answer any questions related to the coursework. The reason for my 2star was that It proved very difficult to book onto my practical day and was not done in a timely manner. I had to arrange this day myself, but the hydrotherapy centre involved were very professional and knowledgeable.

Greedy and conning, taking advantage of students
I booked a course and chose to pay in instalments. I paid the first payment but never got access to my course, I gave up trying to access it and carried on with my life, not thinking much of it. A few months later I’m getting harassed by debt collectors to pay over £300 on top of what the course costed because my second direct debit didn’t go through when I never received what I signed up for, disgusting business model and clear that they’re taking advantage of students.

Avoid like the plaque
Had nothing but hassle from this company, finally thought all had been sorted after over a year of hassle then hear from them recently that my certificate is finally ready but that I need to pay arrears of over £1000 before I can receive this, I do not owe this as my account has been paid off in full for a long while now, I’ve raised tickets but all they say is I owe the money.
Please don’t use this company, quick to take your money but absolutely awful customer service, avoid like the plaque.
Also noticed you can no longer leave a review on their Facebook page, they’ve removed the ability to leave reviews as there were so many bad ones.
