We source products from the UK, Europe and Asia and from our strategically placed production facilities we deliver competitively priced decorative stones nationally. We offer single and multiple pallet consignments and can quote for larger orders delivered with a crane / Hi-Ab or tipped loose loads from either dockside or direct from source. Standard deliveries are made on a curtain sided lorry and offloaded using a rear tail lift and a manual or electric pump truck. (Delivery Information)
Purchase high quality Gravel & Chippings, Pebbles & Cobbles, Slate & Paddlestones, Rockery & Boulders, Garden Products & Accessories, and Paving & Edging Products, or look through the Clearance & Seasonal range, delivered directly to site from the UK’s premium decorative aggregate supplier.
Prices include delivery and VAT. Simply enter your delivery postcode into the product page and the pallet availability, samples and delivered prices will be displayed for delivery within 2-3 working days. Next Day deliveries are also available for orders placed before 1pm at an additional charge.
Many decorative aggregates are used in water features and ponds so please look for the ‘Fish Friendly’ badge in the product information tab to confirm your chosen stone will not affect the water Ph, protecting your fish and other aquatic life from harm.

The pebbles were excellent BUT …
The pebbles we ordered were excellent BUT, the delivery experience was very poor. We requested a small lorry and this was confirmed with the a telephone call. However, an artic truck was used that we knew would not get down our drive. It took three of us to drag the stones on the trolley the 50m to our house. The second of the two bags was not delivered and we were told they had been lost at the depot - an 800kg bag! It was again confirmed on the phone that a small truck would be used but it was delivered three days later again in the arctic lorry - and again we had to haul it down our gravel drive. Good product but awful delivery service.

Appalling service.
Over two hours late on a paid for timed delivery slot. Mistake 1.
When the order did arrive it was one bag short out of ten. Missing bag had been left at first depot (not the final haulier’s fault). Mistake 2.
Tried to push for delivery of missing bag the next morning - it arrived mid afternoon next day. Mistake 3.
Customer service polite but totally intransigent ‘If we paid compensation on every late order we’d never make any money’ says it all. In other words, they gamble with timed deliveries and service failures must happen a lot. They revert to the small print when challenged and that makes the customer service infuriating on top of the service failures themselves.
Crazy operating model if they either do not know or do not check that their partner pallet haulier companies cannot fulfil their advertised proposition in the first place or they cannot hold them to account for something that should be in the contract to be able to uphold the proposition. It should make no difference where you live - the end to end system should be designed to meet the advertised proposition for any given postcode (with the exception of unexpected traffic or weather catastrophes).
Had they even offered me one free bag out of ten (on a £2k) order, and admitted responsibility for getting it wrong I could let it go, but they really misjudged how to recover from three mistakes. And in doing so made a fourth. Would not recommend.

We're really sorry that you had such a negative delivery experience when ordering with us this time.
When ordering 10 bulk bags we normally like to deliver this amount with a hiab/crane offload vehicle, particularly with the restrictions to access mentioned in your notes. On this occasion it wasn't possible to offer this service as you are over 6 hours away from our depot as discussed in detail with your really helpful builder.
I can only apologise again for the AM delivery service failing and arriving 2 hours later than the original time of up to 1pm.
With regards to the delayed bulk bag, this was caught in the main hub and separated from the other 9, following on with delivery being made the next day.
As mentioned when ordering online, we do try to make it as clear as possible that delays may occur beyond our control as we use a third party haulier and unfortunately this happened on this occasion. A refund for the failed AM service was refunded to you immediately.
We do try to give the best possible customer service and I'm so sorry that our hauliers let us down and delivered 1 pallet a day late on this occasion.
