The man that delivered my order was really lovely and couldn’t do more to help me.. Nothing was a problem. He arrived exactly on time and I received countdown texts for delivery times. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Provided clear, live and accurate delivery information. Packages delivered on time and undamaged.
Excellent delivery driver, very smartly presented, extremely polite and helpful. A real credit to the organisation.

I ordered some items from Plumbworld and Stop Start Transport were the delivery people.
The whole experience with the company was excellent from the first email regarding delivery date and time to the text telling me the driver was 10 minutes away.
The driver was excellent nothing was too much trouble he put all the 5 items some of them heavy and large into the garage and did not need any help, he was polite friendly and professional.
I would recommend this company and well worth the 5 stars. Thank you

Awful company refuses to take responsibility for damage drivers caused whilst delivering, driver was rude delivered wrong items and damaged property, company refused to compensate or take responsibility for the actions of their employees, disgusting

Fantastic service. Quick delivery from despatch at Plumbworld to my door step. No damage whatsoever to containers. Driver went extra mile to deliver the heavy items to my garage.

I'd not heard of Stop Start before but had x2 deliveries within a few weeks. Both occasions I would consider it excellent service. Both being speedy and on time and both drivers very courteous. The helpful link sent in advance gave a good indication of the accurate arrival time.
In particular, yesterday, the delivery driver was outstanding. He (Andy T) went out of his way to help take the very heavy item to the rear of my property on his sack-truck then helped lift it into the house.
He was very very helpful and pleasant too.

Stop start transport. Definitely worth looking at for anything needed to be moved or delivered from A to B within a specified time frame. Had a new shower base ordered and this was the company that was chosen by the supplier, given a time for delivery and we were texted that he was 5 minutes away, can't say more than that, well done 👏 👍

If I could have given this company six stars I would. A great team effort, from telephoning customer service to delivery updates to excellent tracking systems to the actual delivery which was on time and delivery driver Richard was so helpful with an awkward and heavy package. The delivery service was outstanding. Communications were great. Had to reschedule a day and the person on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. The items delivered were also extremely heavy and the driver didn’t hesitate to bring them into the house. Highly recommend.
