We did not have the van long enough and…
We did not have the van long enough and felt rushed. When we booked this we were told there was no time scale.
Other than this all was fine and I trelust that my property is in safe hands.

Excellent Team Of People
Store First has the very best team working for them at their Burnley store. They provided me with the best customer service explaining everything very clearly. No problems with the payments or refunds either. Everything happened in a very timely manner.
They also offer very good prices and great deals too. Extremely neat and clean environment all around.

Staff are friendly no messing around i knew what i wanted and got it they didn't try selling me something bigger or smaller i found experience all good just the price was a bit confusing with the discount for first 3 months they said £70 a month and then went on to tell me about discount at half price so I thought was £35 a month and I wanted 2 months so when I agreed to it he said that's £70 I thought great then just before my first month was up I received another bill for another £70 witch I thought what's going on i have already paid for my first 2 months then I read my invoice and saw that £70was the discounted price per month so not happy with that but can't fault anything else so will probly leaving there after 3rd discounted month as I think twice the price per month is a very steep price to pay to store items but I had no choice in having to pay it as am getting evicted from my home so the company can sell it for max̌imun profit.as can't get full price with sitting tenant and trying to find a house is beyond a joke with price's they want for rent a weekend wonder there's so many people homeless and living on the streets as I think i will be sooner rather than later.
