Called in today looking to buy a A3 already done my homework , spoke to lovely lady on reception advised sales person with us shortly they were all sat talking in office to right of reception at least 4 of them . 20 minutes later no salesman so left . I purchased a car from another main dealer .

Had a replacement antenna fitted due to a fault. Although this was not covered by my existing warranty Stratstone nonetheless offered to replace FOC as hadn’t had car for 2 years. This was an amazing gesture. Job was completed in an orderly fashion and I can’t be happier with the outcome. Full marks

£150 and a nine week wait for a transmission problem
I have a Q5 Audi just out of warranty that has developed a problem with the transmission. Stratstone, where I bought it, are unable to look at the car for 9 weeks and want to charge £150 just to look. They suggest that I call out roadside assistance and get them to tell me whether the car is safe to drive! I think this is appalling service.

Sold us an Audi which had 4 faults and…
Sold us an Audi which had 4 faults and the sales guy was let go or left just after he sold it. We dealt with a Mr. Neil Scutts who was non responsive for weeks until we escalated and then he just played the corporate game and was utterly useless to resolve the real faults and problems .I warn anyone thinking they are buying a premium car to really check before giving them money… I still have this car and it still has serious issues and faults. Overall the worst car buying experience in 25 years and Audi should audit these types of dealers to ensure that they are doing the right service before selling an expensive car! Shocking

My Audi A4 was booked in for an inspection and oil change which went without any issues.
I’ve been a customer of Shrewsbury Audi for quite some time and in that period I have received great service.
On my latest visit my customer service representative was Joel who was previously an Audi technician and really knows his stuff.
I believe Joel hasn’t long been a member of the customer service department but with his outstanding knowledge and experience as a technician make him an invaluable asset to the customer service team.
