My air conditioning stopped working. First they couldn’t diagnose it but on a second look they changed the compressor which was at fault and it’s back to normal. Was given a nice X7 as interim replacement. Ellis and Stacey were brilliant. Thank you for sorting it out. Vivek

My second purchase from BMW Stratstone, Doncaster. I have nothing but praise for the way the whole transaction was handled. Hamid, our sales contact, was an absolute gentleman to deal with. And it was so refreshing, not to have any pushy sales tactics employed, just sound advice and professional service.

Having particularly appalling service from Sytner’s in Sheffield it was very refreshing to receive great service from Stratstone BMW in Doncaster. Olivia was excellent, she had had just the right blend of friendliness and professionalism and was a great communicator keeping me fully updated throughout the process.

Superb service from the team at BMW Stratstone in Doncaster. My point of contact, Neil Earl, kept me fully up to date as my build progressed and then was excellent when I went to pick up my car. Superb follow up by the team when I had a software problem, which they sorted. Great customer service all round.

I’ve just collected my new BMW iX3, and I couldn’t be happier.

Although the delivery was delayed, the team at Doncaster handled the situation brilliantly. They kept me informed every step of the way, communicated clearly throughout the process, and did everything they could to get my car to me as quickly as possible. Their customer service, professionalism, and dedication were outstanding.

As for the car itself, it's absolutely amazing and well worth the wait. I’d like to thank everyone at Doncaster BMW for making the experience such a positive one. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a fantastic car.

We received a warm welcome upon entering the dealership. Olivia (service) was quick to spot us and ensured the work on the car was done quickly and efficiently.
It is hard to fault Stratstone BMW Doncaster - not that we would want to - and so when you have a dealership as good as this, you stick with them!

Extremely disappointing experience with Stratstone Doncaster.

This was my fourth brand-new M car purchased from the Stratstone Group and my second from Doncaster, costing just under £100k in October 2025.

Unfortunately, the car was supplied with a manufacturing defect from new, which BMW subsequently acknowledged. Following two failed repair attempts, the proposed third repair involved cutting and welding the chassis. Whilst BMW considered this an acceptable repair on effectively a brand new car with 2,500 miles, I exercised my legal right to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

What followed has been weeks of unnecessary difficulty, delays, and resistance from both Stratstone Doncaster and BMW UK. Despite raising legitimate concerns and acting entirely within my consumer rights, the level of customer service I received has fallen well below what I would expect from a premium manufacturer and retailer.

Having spent approximately £300k with the Stratstone Group since 2015, it is disappointing to conclude that customer loyalty appears to carry little weight when a serious issue arises.

The one exception was the sales colleague, who was professional, honest, and helpful throughout. If the wider business treated customers with the same level of care, my experience may have been very different.

I am now pursuing legal action against both Stratstone Group and BMW UK.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution as this Group are disingenuous.

I was well looked after for bringing my X5 in for servicing on 6th May 2026. Olivia was the front of BMW and was knowledgeable. specific and efficient.

Thanks to the unknown engineering staff who serviced the car.

I dealt with Craig and from start to finish he was excellent along with the rest of the Stratstone team. No hard sell, really wanted me to get what I needed and went over and above to pull out the stops to get the new car quickly with a really fair trade in. Brilliant!
