Bought a BMW X3 from Stratstone Harrogate I must say there customer service was excellent, Isaac was a shining example of a true professional salesman, The company in general was warm and welcoming. I was offered an acceptable market price for my trade in car and the new BMW was ready for collect with in the week, All serviced and a new tyre inflation kit, They even gave me a pair of personalised number plated for free. A transaction which was a credit to Stratstone..

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new car at the Mini Stratstone Garage, and I can confidently say that it was a good experience from start to finish. Although there were a few complications along the way, in terms of delays in delivery, Raihan ensured that I was always kept fully informed. He guided me with every step throughout the process, helping me find the perfect car, and the end result exceeded all my expectations. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Whilst the sales experience was impeccable, which I would have expected as they look to make a sale. Unfortunately, the after sales service has been poor. I am waiting for a deposit to be returned (ironic it takes them over a month to repay me but I needed to pay the deposit within 24 hours) and I have been met with either silence or I have told that the payment was made. When I have requested evidence of the payment, again I am met with silence. This is a disappointing end to the original experience.

Just bought a car from Martin such a great help and nothing was too much too ask for. He gave us lots of information and we were able to have a swift sale and delivery of our car. There as no pressure or rubbish chat which is alway good

Needed to know if I could use the local garage who services the rest of our fleet (and uses genuine parts) without invalidating any guarantees or conditions of the lease
Have emailed their offices, the Sales Manager, the Dealer Principal and now their MD repeatedly since the beginning of the month with absolutely no response. Appalling customer service. Shame. Car's been OK

Purchased a RRS SVR From Stratstone BMW Harrogate and has got to be the worst experience of buying a vehicle, Initially the handover was OK but when I got passed to sales manager for decision making it rapidly went down hill from here .
From not replying to Emails and calls to constantly lying about paying for some work that needed doing up agreed points sale.
NEVER would I use this garage again
NEVER would I recommend this garage to anyone purchasing a vehicle.

Appalling customer service. Bought a 4 year old BMW 540i x drive. I took 3 days off work after repeated missed delivery dates for various excuses. Car arrived over a week late, having told them I was selling my car on the agreed delivery date (no car for a week). They agreed to put a 'full' tank in as an apology- 1/4 on delivery. Then when I had to take the car to the tyre garage after a strong vibration, they told me the inside of the wheels were bald. Stratstone insisted that they were still road legal and therefore there was no issue. They're answer was that the car was sourced from another dealer in the Stratstone group and as such not bound by the 'used BMW approved' guarantee... clearly states Stratstone BMW Harrogate on the purchase invoice?! Who did I actually buy the car from?! Zero customer care and very junior sales staff. Had BMW's and Mercs for years, worst experience to date.

Bought new BMW from Stratstone Harrogate a week ago. When I contacted them yesterday to confirm the delivery date I was told it had been sold to someone else!
Very little in terms of explanation or apology, but I was offered an alternative used car.
Stupidly I accepted that offer as I needed the car this month. An hour later I received a text to say that car was no longer for sale either! I sent two texts back (yesterday and today) asking for the Sales Manager to contact me but it seems he can't be bothered. Avoid this outfit unless you enjoy horrendous service and total incompetence.

Worst customer service ever.
I bought an X5 in October 2023 and part exchanged my Jaguar. Our sales person promised to sort everything out for me and inform DVLA. Since I had only just taxed the Jaguar I was expecting a refund. The cheque from DVLA never arrived so I called them in January and was told that the Jaguar was still registered in my name. I raised this with our sales person at Stratstone who then informed me that our V5 certificate had been lost and the sale of the Jaguar was never registered. Because of this I had to write a letter to DVLA and inform them myself, something what should have been done by Stratstone ages ago. This cost me 3 months worth of tax I should have been paid for and when I raised this with Stratstone again they offered to contribute and pay for the remaining months but sadly this never happened. I must have spent hours and hours sorting this out with DVLA and chasing Stratstone for our money. We are into March now and I am no further. Stratstone in Harrogate don’t respond to emails or phone calls. The sales manager showed absolutely no interest when I contacted him. I also escalated this to the Head of Business at Stratstone who also never bothered to respond to my emails. Now I am out of pocket due to absolutely no fault of mine! Their customer service is shocking, as a business owner myself I dread to think what my customers would say if I was treating them like this. I will certainly not be buying from Stratstone ever again. They are happy to take your money and then ignore you!

Despite being a Motobility supplier, the staff have no disability awareness, cars are routinely parked after valeting in the disabled space.
Significant issues with being paired excess funds after a car part exchanged.
Promises to return calls not met.
Slopping and unprofessional service

Sales department (Ike) was a complete waste of time-I had to call 6 times to find out what's happening. Put me off even buying the car. Better deals from lease companies direct. Very disappointed-I wouldn't walk in this showroom again. I would avoid at all costs

Alex and Ike were absolutely fantastic from the get-go. We drove 3 hours to view, test drive and purchase a car to take away the same day. We notified them the previous afternoon that we wanted to visit the following day and when we arrived the car was ready and prepped for us. A warm welcome and a large coffee from the receptionist and Ike was fantastic after the long drive.
We went for a lovely lunch at the Fat Badger (recommended by Ike) while they finalised the paperwork and readied the car for us to take away after we’d test driven it. Well worth the drive to and from the dealership to get such a great deal and have such fantastic customer service both over the phone with Alex and in person with Ike. Thanks so much, we’re thrilled.

I haven’t yet taken delivery of the car but the sales team have been very attentive and tried extremely hard to reach what I feel is a strong deal. I was badly let down by the company JCT600 who everyone should seriously avoid. But well done again Stratstone, 3rd car I have bought from you. Well done to the sales manager Alex who was great and extremely professional. Thank you for making my experience of spending my hard earned money respect and enjoyable.

Terrible customer service, no response to emails. Car delivered dirty, without the spec advertised online and sales advisers just ignore you hoping you will stop chasing and go away.

Service reception poor. Took too long. Waited 25 minutes to get my car keys back at the end of the day. Car was not parked outside as told by your service receptionist. I had to ask some one to fine it. Apparently it was parked with the demo cars- how am i expected to know where this is?

It shouldn't take the customer chasing repeatedly over many weeks to get resolution of something so simple.
Having to drive 500 miles a week on a faulty tyre was not a positive brand experience
