MOT, End of Warranty Inspection and Brake Fluid Service.
Friendly knowledgeable staff work was carried out efficiently and returned on time with all works complete.
The car was cleaned and hoovered but unfortunately the car wasn’t washed on the outside very well leaving dirty patches all over the car.

Excellent dealership
Excellent BMW garage and probably the most efficient and professional car dealership i've ever dealt with. Everything was made very easy with initial online enquiries followed up with e-mailed brochures and arranging of a test drive. Salesperson James was very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. The whole process was made very easy and I got all the information I needed to make an informed decision on the car. All the paperwork was dealt with electronically and collecting my car was a real pleasure. I'm very satisfied with the car and also with the whole way I was dealt with. I would thoroughly recommend them as a dealership.

The service front desk is a nightmare……
The service front desk is a nightmare… getting through by phone is nigh on impossible. Promises to ring back are slow or don’t happen. The feeling I get is they are more interested in parting you from cash than being of service. As far as I can tell the technical repair work carried out is highly professional but hard to be sure as you end up talking to a front person rather than a technician. Would only use them if absolutely necessary as they do have the sophisticated BMW diagnostics to repair a complex modern BMW.
