What a joke of a garage, absolutely useless and will return your car damaged, and then will claim it was already there! Will take no responsibility whatsoever ever, ruined a brand new car. Will never buy from them or take a car for servicing there. The reviews on here are very true of the aggression and rudeness of staff and bullying, like it's nothing!!!

I am not sure if the recent positive review was written before the person handed over their hard earned money or if it was simply not genuine. What I can confirm is that Milton Keynes Land Rover has been the worst garage I have ever dealt with. The service team were rude, dismissive, and matched exactly what many of the other negative reviews have described. I even discovered that someone had been eating their lunch in my car.

Their approach is to fob customers off at every opportunity. Another reviewer mentioned that this garage is no longer signed up to the OMBUDSMAN. After my experience, that does not surprise me. If they were held to proper standards, they would struggle to stay in business.

My car came back smelling awful, and I suspect it also suffered additional damage while with them. Unfortunately, without proof, I have been forced to accept it.

Avoid this garage. It is simply not worth the stress, and it does a complete disservice to the Land Rover brand.

Thieves. Quoted almost £1300 for rear pads and discs. Their own online price was £800, got them done using OEM part for less than £500.
Also told me my rear tyres were an amber rating”replace very soon” rating…….with almost 5mm of tread left.

My experience with Jaguar Land Rover Milton Keynes has been nothing short of shocking. I left genuinely stunned at how poorly I was treated and how dismissive the staff were throughout the entire process. The attitude I encountered was abrupt, confrontational and completely lacking in basic customer care. In all my years dealing with garages, I have never come across anything quite like it.

From the moment I raised concerns with the service team about my vehicle, I felt pushed aside, spoken over and treated as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The tone, the unwillingness to listen and the complete lack of professionalism turned every interaction into an exhausting ordeal. It was clear that customer experience is not even remotely a priority here.

The garage itself is in absolute disarray. The repair standards I witnessed were far below acceptable, especially for a brand that claims to stand for quality. Issues were ignored, workmanship felt careless, and any attempt to question or escalate concerns was met with resistance rather than support. There is a reason this dealership is NO LONGER SIGNED UP TO THE MOTORING OMBUDSMAN, and after my experience, that comes as no surprise.

Any sense of accountability doesn't not exist at this brach. You are left chasing answers, being passed around, and repeatedly told that nothing is their responsibility. It is one of the most stressful and infuriating service experiences I have ever had with any company.

If you value your time, your money, your sanity, or your vehicle, avoid Jaguar Land Rover Milton Keynes entirely. You will get far better treatment, honesty and workmanship from a local independent garage or a trainee from the local collage. This place has been the single worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Consider this a serious warning.

Easy to book, easy to find and good welcome

They scratched our car and still have not fixed it.

Ensure cars are tested after a repair before returning to customer. Check signed returned psoerwork on raf cars. Offer a solution for bad experience by going over and above an error(car still faulty after repair) verbally follow up for a review

Very efficient and helpful in nice surroundings

From moment the reminder came up booked in within a week , left vehicle and was told 6 hours , got call to say completed , very helpful and professional

Faulty car the day after collection, driven for a week without being fixed or any urgency show. Lack of seriousness shown to end user customer experience. Very poor.

My car went in for its first service. There was an item to check as the sensors at the front seem to be on steroids! They did not call me to advise they were keeping the car overnight. The communication was poor. They did not call be back as promised with regards to an outstanding sales query. You email them and due to staff leaving the emails remain unanswered. Overall not at all impressed.

Customer service was excellent however not keeping a stock of basic of Jaguar parts meant a delay of several days before I got the car back.

Best Land Rover dealer in the UK to deal with by far.

It takes too long to look at vehicles, 3 days ??. do the diagnostics and FIX same day the car is NOT being diagnosed for the FULL day , you read the computer and don't check the fault really then i get asked to pay even when its under warranty it seems that is all Land Rover want is money ??

Its so simple and easy to book the annual service online, plus the service team are friendly and very helpful.
