£440 to fit a new battery that on its own would cost £220. My car taken for a whole day to do this.
Absolutely disgraceful.
Oh, go to Kwikfit? Great idea. I did. They spent 2 hours trying to change the battery before realising they needed some sort of code that Mercedes keeps to themselves.

Alistair, what a man!
From the second I enquired about the car I was interested in, Alistair made the whole experience straightforward and got me in to see the car that afternoon, and was even able to speed the process up so I was driving away the very next day. It was my first time financing a car and he made sure I understood the whole process, what happens at the end of the term and ensured I got the best value possible for my trade in. It was a very pleasant experience! I’d highly recommend this branch for a pleasant, no pressure environment, and a sales team with your comfort in mind!

Abysmal sales service.
Despite 5 phone calls to Mercedes giffnock in Glasgow and eventually speaking to a sales staff member who informed me i had to speak with the Paul the sales exec, leaving 4 messages for Paul, 9 days later still no contact.
Poor service, decided to go elsewhere.
