Stratstone - MINI Doncaster Reviews 

Absolute shambles, no idea my car was booked in when I turned up, never came back to me when I tried to authorise £600 worth of work then told I couldn’t have my car back because of their delay. Picked my car up the day after for my key not working, they only changes Tyres and MOT’d it! Load more but can’t be bothered to write it. Absolute joke!

I was looked after by Bethany Scott, she was very attentive throughout the whole process, she kept me informed when the car was going to be late, always responded to my emails when I had questions. I will certainly be recommending her to my friends and family.

Travelled from Nottingham due to poor service at our local Mini dealership.

Was told the 2021 elec mini was in top condition. I paid and drove the 100 miles to collect. The car had several scratches and I was told Stratstone would sort it locally for me. I was contacted a few days later and told they would not be able to as they have no Stratstone near me. I agreed on a £250 payment 3-5 days later to get the work done myself even though this was under market price to what it would take to repair whereby I could also get a courtesy car . 2 weeks later and no contact and no £250. So I asked them to collect it. They told me I owed them money ? Then they offered me £100 I told them to collect it , repair it and return it I said . But the car needs charge ? trailer it then I said ! I also need a courtesy car I said ?

I drove 100 miles there and 100 miles back having been told the car was in top condition. Then told they would sort it ....still waiting .....?

First class service, true professionalism shown throughout. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Now on my third mini, although this is my first from this dealer as they are 3 hrs away from me, worlds apart from my previous experience of local dealerships to me. Well worth the travel to collect.

I went in this weekend to get a bit more information on the Mini Electric & I cannot fault the service I received.
Staff weren’t at all pushy & were available for me to ask all the questions I needed.

Bought my new Mink from here at the weekend. Excellent dealership who worked hard to get the right offer on the table and were pleasant/easy to deal with during the handover.

Only take your car back here if you really really have to. Find an independent mini BMW specialist to do the work

Polite and efficient female service receptionist, no problem with the actual service but am confused as to why I was charged £5.88 for break fluid on top of a £95 break fluid service that I would have thought included any fluid required ?

I absolutely love my new car and the whole experience was made so much easier than I’ve had in the past thanks to the staff at Mini Doncaster.
