I recently bought a car from stratstone, it was a great experience. I dealt with a sales man called Gary Stewart he made purchasing the car easy and enjoyable.
When Gary said he would make sure the car had the scratches touched in and he pointed them out I knew then I had a good salesman.
He was honest from the first moment we looked around the car together.
Gary's approach with us and his honesty was what helped us choose the car at stratstone. He gave us all the details he could and didn't push us once. We had a couple of cars to test drive at other garages but when it came down to the purchase we liked Gary's way.
We had all the information on the car, the couple of issues were going to be corrected before we picked the car up and he kept us updated the whole way through.

We bought a used mini during lockdown last year. When the car was delivered we had some cosmetic issues with it. I can honestly say that Stratstone have been amazing.
They made it clear that they would surpass our expectations, which they did. Gary at Tyne and Wear sold us the car and has been professional throughout,
Neil collected the car last week and returned to us with all small issues resolved. We have been communicated with constantly and the promise made that any issues would be addressed have been. Sometimes issues happen, we understand that, we also understand the importance of shopping with people like Stratstone, when issues happen they will move heaven and earth to resolve them, which is why we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Stratstone to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Brilliant customer care from start to finish, a load of hiccups along the way, but with the help of Mr Paul Martin who is a professional through and through I would not of got through them. Visited the Stratstone Mini garage at Silverlink by appointment to view a vehicle. We were dealt with on time and the car was available to enable all round viewing and test drive. Staff were very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. I normally find a vehicle part exchange an ordeal but on this occasion Staff, Gary was very helpful and professional making the whole transaction very pleasant. On collection car was very clean, available on time as agreed. 5* will be back when required.
