I was welcomed by the staff on arrival and was given the option to either wait for the car or leave and be contacted once the annual service and MOT had been completed. I chose to leave and requested to be contacted upon completion.

Great communications, car of the car and quality of experience

Staff did not listen to the concerns I had and practically told me I was imagining the problems that I have had with my brand new Mercedes GLE 450, which I have had since May and have had to have recovery come out because the car told me to stop driving because the oil level was too low after only 2041 miles. This was confirmed by the RAC driver. When questioned why I had not had an earlier warning that the oil level was low they told me that that was it and the car hadn’t told me to stop driving and that was a warning to add oil. Which is absolutely not true and was witness by my other passengers and the RAC. On the second return of my vehicle because it was showing the oil level again was at minimum after only 460 miles and was also witnessed by a member of staff. I was told I’d read the oil indicator wrong and that it was probably showing that because the engine was cold although the first time I checked it was after a 60 mile drive and the engine was completely warmed up. I have been gaslighted to the max and feel like they are insulting my intelligence after 35 years of driving that I don’t know how to read an oil level indicator.

The dealership is very good, however after buying a car from them I didn’t expect to have to service it within the first 4 months. That should be done before you pick the car up!

I had a great experience with Mercedes-Benz. The customer service was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. The quality and attention to detail were excellent, exactly what you would expect from Mercedes-Benz. I would definitely recommend them and would happily return in the future.

I was kept fully informed by Antonio of the various works that were being completed on my vehicle. Excellent customer service.

All our questions were answered quickly and honestly whether by phone or email. At no time did we feel under any pressure to purchase the car we test drove. I felt we got a fair price for the car we part exchanged and there were no hidden extras.
I normally find major purchases quite stressful but this one was enjoyable.

Terrible communication. Did not not order the parts for a manufacturer recall so the car was not ready the same day or the next morning. I travelled for 2.5 hours on public transport to find the car was not ready. They did not inform me of this before I set off.

The staff was brilliant and assisted me to understand the whole process, which was good.

As I needed to work while I waited, the team made sure I had a comfortable and quiet area where I could get on with everything without any disruption. Gaynor, the host receptionist, was absolutely brilliant and incredibly attentive throughout. She even made sure I stayed hydrated while I was working — somehow my coffee and glasses of water never seemed to be empty! :)

Jas and Inty were also excellent, keeping me updated throughout the entire servicing process and making sure I always knew how things were progressing.

I was there for around four hours, but being able to work comfortably while everything was taken care of meant the time genuinely flew by.
