Had a viewing of a property yesterday with Annabel. From the moment she opened the door to welcome us to 45 minutes later when she said goodbye we could not have been more impressed. She was utterly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest and truthful. Although this house is unlikely to be the home we buy due to location, although beautiful, we could not have asked for a better agent to show us around. I worked in the property industry for 20 years, owning my own agency for 15 of them and I would have loved this lady to have worked for me. She is a huge credit to Strutt & Parker and if I was selling a house I would use them just to have Annabel show prospective buyers. We purchased a property through Strutt and Parker in Perth. Throughout Amy from the Perth office was both professional and helpful, and despite complications in the sale she kept us informed and helped to progress to a successful conclusion.

From the outset we received regular and professional advice and assistance from the staff in Norwich. Prospective buyers were vetted as far as possible before being invited to view the property and we only had one “time waster”. The staff showed good knowledge, persistence and patience in dealing with a seemingly interminable series of extraordinary queries posed by the buyer, and without their assistance the sale would not have gone through. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone wishing to sell, or buy, a property.

This company ROBBED us. The Solicitors are complicit in taking advantage of pensioners. Do not trust them, The owner Anne Macdonald who is wealthy and owns a hotel took the stove that was advertised in the brochure. She stripped off mirrors in the bathrooms leaving exposed hot wires. Such greed on the part of owner and solicitors is disgusting. We are trying to go to the police because no one will correct this and undisclosed roof issues, mold, and numerous lies. If anyone can help us on how to proceed we would appreciate. In addition we paid $40,000 over asking and we feel violated like being raped. The greed is astounding. They all drive fancy cars and lie to your face. Avoid Suzanne Moss and Kerry Grant because they will not get back to you to help return a stove in their brochure and the mold is making us sick. Avoid at all costs. I hope we can get arbitration but the greed is so deep. Sad.

Amy McMenemy at the Perth office has been supporting us with our house sale and has been a great support in answering all our many queries. She was always so helpful, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.

Amy McMenemy provides excellent support to the house seller. Excellent knowledge and explanation of the process and very responsive by email phone or text. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always available for advice as needed. Would use again without hesitation.

I used Strutt and Parker to purchase a plot years ago and now I used their services once again when selling it. Very professional and helpful. Always responding to important emails from myself and the solicitor.

I would never recommend doing business with this company, Strutt & Parker, and its employees. They encourage property owners to evict tenants without any valid reason. There is no UK law that would protect you and your family from being treated as commodities. :-(

Viewed a property with them and offered in writing as requested after the appointment. Didn’t hear anything back for a few days so called to chase and to be told another offer was accepted. I wasn’t called to ask if I wanted to increase my offer which I would have done to the asking price or even over asking price.

The viewing assistant said on the appointment the house will be redecorated before move in and to make sure we put that down on the offer which we did. When I called them to check on my offer they said they have gone with another offer because they didn’t want it painted. (We didn’t request this but the agent said it would be so we wrote it down)

They sound absolutely clueless on the phones and obviously don’t communicate or know how to work for their landlords or they could have got more money from me.

Told the lady I wouldn’t rent from them ever after this first experience with them all I can say very disappointing for a ‘well known’ agent in the area.

I am renting a property through Strutt + Parker in Ascot. Best letting agents I have ever dealt with. Very helpful, friendly and any property/maintenance issues are resolved almost straight away. I can't fault their dedication to providing a great customer experience.

On behalf of my Husband & I, we wanted to extend our gratitude to Amy McMenemy in the proactive experience she provided for us throughout our journey to sell our property. We emigrated and left the sale of our home in the hands of Amy. In a somewhat tumultuous market, to say we were apprehensive about finding a buyer in a timely manner would be an understatement. I am continually bombarded by unsolicited mail regarding my house being on the market in Mid Cheshire.
The house has not been on the market since 1978 !
After last mail I emailed Adam Palmer to desist from sending it. Doesn't seem to have worked as yet again-another one falls on my hall carpet !

From the initial meeting right through to completion they provided an excellent service, doing what they said they would do. They responded quickly and made the difficult experience of selling almost a joy!

A professional and trustworthy company. Orchid Ho, my renewals negotiator, dealt with my tenancy renewal efficiently and kept me up to date on progress at every point of the renewal.

Wouldnt do any work with this firm in the future. Took months to pay a small invoice for works carried out at one of their managed properties. Kept asking to change the invoice address, all squabbling between each other who's department had the authority to issue payment. Complete circus full of clowns.

Jason & Annabel are charming and produced a large number of viewings and offers so couldn’t fault them!

Absolutely terrible agent. Their access procedure is abysmal. I would not use their services in any shape or form.
