From start to finish Stuarts have been excellent.
I wanted to order a tracksuit top however my size was not in stock. They informed me as soon as it was. The ordering system was simple and efficient and i received it the next day. Fantastic service and quality from start to finish

Recently purchased a pair of trousers from Stuart’s that were too small. Emailed customer service to arrange return and replacement and they could not have been more helpful. Arranged to expedite postage of bigger size same day as I need them for holiday and the communication and service was first class. Great website full of cracking clothing. Would highly recommend them. First class

So pleased Stuart’s are still around. Remember getting my Sergio , Diadora and Lois from them in the 80’s when I grew up in Bush. Still using them now. Great service. Fast delivery and great items. Plus the store has the best name. Thanks.

Excellent shop. Apart from them stocking such great brands/products when I had a problem (my mistake) they sorted things out for me in a matter of minutes, I can’t speak highly enough of them 👌

Shipping to Australia is a little bit expensive but otherwise the customer service and follow up was fantastic. Great range of quality products and competitive prices. Even refunded me the difference when the item I ordered went on further discount the next day!

Just getting the item is a nightmare….

No option to have anyone other than Royal Mail who are absolutely atrocious….Every other delivery company manages to use common sense and leave in a safe place….Royal Mail knock and run….there was someone home both times and a dog that barks!!

Ordered for the first time through Stuart’s, quality of clothes were amazing and so was the delivery times.

I ordered a size too small on one item and the correspondence with the sales team via email was accommodating and quick.

Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Arrived two days later,same price with immaculate packing .

I’ve been promised my parcel everyday this week yet Royal Mail have been “expecting” the parcel for nearly a week now! Since when does Royal Mail expect a parcel for this long. It’s clear to see the parcel has gone missing.

I’m now trying to get my money back because I wouldn’t trust these with a replacement that will probably go missing as well.

Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs and buy your things from somewhere else!

UPDATE….

About the reply below..the parcel (if sent out at all) has been “in transit” for 8 days! Since when has a parcel been in transit for 8 days with no movement at all?! Blaming everyone but themselves! It’s not longer their problem!
Take some accountability and refund my money for your problem!

Bought a couple items from Stuart’s having just discovered the shop earlier this week. Really nicely curated range of clothes, with nice website and some occasional bargains. First delivery was great. Second has been delayed by DPD (not Stuarts) but they’ve been super-helpful in following up. Such a rare experience these days. Totally recommend, and shout out to Madison, for following up.

Stuarts. I got a pair of Sanders and Sanders Hi Top Chukka Boots. The price of £106.43 including postage was excellent, as they are currently retailing at £280. However what made Stuarts Stand out was the customer service. I planned to go on holiday in four days and explained the situation, this is the response, ‘ No worries we understand your situation so as a gesture of good will we will dispatch your order via a next day service please note this is not guaranteed but will hopefully be with you before the date provided’. They arrived within 40 hours of the order! I had been concerned about the sizing of the boots as the last they are made on is a little small. However with an inner sole they are fine. Really Stuart’s were very helpful and customer service like this is just what you need. Thoroughly recommend them.

An excellent range of brands, and the delivery is lightening fast. As a returning customer, I’m very impressed, and will continue to shop here. The customer service, is second to none.
